11/09/2025: "Food that takes you on a journey." This evening we dined at this restaurant unlike any other in Cortona. Thanks to the cuisine of the talented Chef Paola, it's not just a restaurant, but a true artistic experience. The cuisine is an ode to creativity and innovation, light years away from monotony. The dishes are a journey of refined and surprising flavors. Every bite transports you to a different place, with bold and never banal pairings. The attention to detail is evident from appetizers to dessert, not to mention the surprising cocktails. The presence of fermented wines adds a lively and unexpected touch that further elevates the culinary offerings. The decor also reflects this philosophy: essential and impeccable, it never distracts from the real stars of the show: the dishes. Everything is designed to celebrate the food. 07/09/2025: This place is incredible!!! Highly recommend! Delicious, flavorful, whole foods used in such creative and thoughtful ways. Warm and friendly service, and the restaurant itself is lovely with great views. Particular highlights were the tempeh teriyaki dish, the eggplant, the tortelli and the raw cheesecake (all pictured below). My husband who is not vegan loved everything equally!

06/09/2025: Impeccable venue: from the quality of the food to the hospitality and the attention to detail. A refined yet familiar atmosphere, where you can enjoy expertly prepared dishes and the owner's absolutely noteworthy homemade desserts. I highly recommend this place for ceremonies, birthdays, or even just a romantic dinner if you want to be sure of a great outcome. Rosanna and her husband never disappoint, and are happy to accommodate any special requests for decorations, centerpieces, or customized desserts.

13/07/2025: Unfortunately, it wasn't what I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The many positive reviews are once again meaningless. It was okay, but nothing more!

25/08/2025: Excellent! The spaghetti is perfectly executed! We ordered 4 different dishes and everything was perfect! The quality of the products and the friendliness of the staff make this restaurant a perfect place to eat around a good bottle of wine (negroamaro), go for it!!

10/08/2025: I'm from Calvi and I didn't know about this pizzeria... just one word SPECTACULAR from the all-artisan fried foods to the pizzas. In my opinion, there's no pizzeria in the area with this level. Super service from the owner to the girls. Well done guys. Keep it up.

09/09/2025: Worth it, deserve it, deserve it. We went there to try a different place in the area based on the reviews, and we were right! As a pasta chef, I'm very picky about my first courses: I left with a smile. The fillet melted in my mouth, and the tripe was spectacular for the second course. The atmosphere was relaxing and, above all, super clean (which isn't for everyone). The hostess was excellent, friendly, and easy-going, and she made us feel at ease right away. Highly recommend, we'll be back.

28/07/2025: Esta gente sabe lo fabuloso que es el servicio. Desde cómo interactuaron con los clientes de ITH hasta los increíbles cócteles, todo fue una experiencia increíble. Estábamos allí con nuestros hijos adultos y definitivamente había un ambiente de fiesta en las calles esa noche con toneladas de jóvenes - y aún así, toda nuestra familia fue tratada increíblemente bien y se lo pasó muy bien.

09/09/2025: The food was fantastic! The bread was freshly baked, and the combination of ingredients was wonderful! The owner was very accommodating and even rescued us from the pouring rain in his very busy restaurant, even after opening hours. I highly recommend this place!
