Of all the restaurants I could go to in Florence Italy… my goodness, the food is amazing! And the staff is so hard working and yet, they are always so gracious. I love everything!!

I've tried the entire menu and it's always been an excellent experience. Every dish is carefully crafted, exquisite, and surprising. You can sense great attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and their combinations. The service is also impeccable: the staff is kind, helpful, and always attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. A special thanks to the girls who, with their professionalism and friendliness, make the experience even more enjoyable. A place I absolutely recommend, both to those following a vegan diet and to those simply curious to discover something different and high-quality.

Incredible food!! I’m plant based and don’t eat soy, so this spot is PERFECT. Their pizzas are sensational, their tiramisu is delicious and so is the nutella latte 😍 I always travel with the aim to support small intentional businesses like this one 🙏🏽

My family and I came today, all the way from Castel San Pietro Terme, to eat at this delightful restaurant recommended to us by some Florentine friends. The result? An extraordinary experience! The atmosphere (though small) is very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is absolutely delightful. The girls at the cash register make you feel welcome and never stop smiling. As for the dishes, there's nothing to complain about... it's the deliciousness that speaks for itself. On the recommendation of our friends, we ordered two buckwheat pizzas (a "Primavera" and a "Quattro Formaggi"), the "Affumihato" sandwich, and the "Pink Beet"; and they all exceeded our expectations. Each dish was an explosion of flavor and a love of plant-based cuisine. Even my father and brother, who aren't particularly fond of vegetables, were thrilled and didn't hesitate to offer their compliments. We also wanted to try their desserts and smoothie bowls, but unfortunately we were already so full that we left the place rolling 😂. That said, we can't wait to come back to try your raw cakes and all the other dishes on the menu 😋👍

I went for lunch for the first time with a friend. I had the pizza, which was truly excellent. I'll definitely be back to try other things, and definitely the pizza again—it's truly amazing. It's truly a great place! I recommend making a reservation because otherwise, it's hard to find a table.

Highly recommended! I was lucky enough to visit Raw Vegan Firenze on a sunny morning in April, so I was able to sit outside in the sun. I ordered a Pizza Napoli with extra cheese – after the staff member had patiently and very kindly advised me on the various toppings. The pizza was brilliant – I usually like to eat ‘normal’ Neapolitan pizza with a soft, fluffy crust – but I was really impressed by this gluten-free buckwheat version. Crispy on the outside, with a thin base that wasn’t too hard or too soft. The tomatoes were fruity, and the olives, caper berries and vegan anchovies were full of flavour. Personally, I didn’t really taste the cheese specifically, but overall it was a well-rounded dish. For dessert, I treated myself to a cashew cappuccino, which easily rivalled my usual order of an oat milk cappuccino in terms of flavour. Along with that, a slice of raw chocolate cake, made with cashew cream and sweetened with dates. Absolutely delicious! Next time I’m in Florence, I’ll definitely pop in for a wrap, an açai bowl or some other treat!

It was a super interesting discovery, with very thoughtful and delicious dishes! You can tell the pairings are thoughtful and made with so much passion! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming 💕 Highly recommended!!
