Now I've found the food to be subpar and tasteless.
Gumpy, flavorless fried food, as well as awful spaghetti with clams.

The slices are sold by weight, which is convenient for eating to your heart's content!

10/07/2025: A very nice little restaurant. It's tucked away in a small alley, in a lovely courtyard. We had focaccia, homemade lemonade, and a non-alcoholic craft beer. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you're in Brixen, you have to go here!

He had the Nairobi Burger – juicy and full of flavor while I enjoyed the Bolognese Ravioli, which was outstanding. The highlight was definitely the dark chocolate dessert. Highly recommended, especially if you don’t skip dessert!

10/08/2025: We had dinner at the Locanda last night with a group of friends. The appetizers are a true sensory experience; we tried them all (Emilian tacos, smoked eggplant, onion and Béarnaise, chard and yogurt). The sliced meat was exquisite. I recommend the tagliatelline with cream of charred leeks and toasted hazelnuts. The staff is always courteous and welcoming. We'll be back.
10/08/2025: This is my third time dining at Locanda Pincelli, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended.
