26/09/2025: The menu was a bit short but interesting; everything we tried was consistently good. The service was friendly and, above all, fast, which is often hard to find. In about 40 minutes, we each had a three-course dinner. I don't know if the entrees were made to order or pre-cooked, but they were certainly good. Prices were reasonable, even below average. Recommended.

17/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding on September 1, 2025. Stunning location, excellent food, superb service and organization... it was a wonderful day. We were thrilled with the initial buffet, which was immense and had everything, and above all, the excellent organization. There were no crowds, nor was there a crowd at the dessert buffet. A fairytale place, top marks for the owners and the precise and competent wedding planner Antonia. Thank you 🩷

16/10/2025: We spent three days in Burgstall And three days at the Etschgrund for dinner. The food was excellent all three days. We received a very friendly welcome upon entry. Most restaurants could learn a thing or two from the friendliness of the waitress and the manager.

16/10/2025: Beautiful plates, but not much to it... Rigati all'arrabbiata? Anything but arrabbiata, but al dente nonetheless. The "mixed salad": green salad with sand between your teeth, four fagioli verdi, and canned corn... The black plate looks classy, ​​but belies the lack of passion in the kitchen. The large sun terrace lacks cushioned seating; they're probably only available upon request. Tourists, cyclists, and workers are constantly queuing here, it's just a shame that the food falls by the wayside... 04/10/2025: We went for lunch and it was so on point! We had 2 kinds of pasta - the truffles and the ravioli, that was so special and perfect flavours. After that, we gad the entrecôte and the filet, wow.. we couldn’t stop eating, it was delicious! The place is very unique and authentic look and the service was very good.

25/09/2025: Found through Fuoricasello, a hidden gem but a truly sought-after gem. The location is historic and very quaint, and the owner (I believe) is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and its cuisine. The food was truly delicious, considering the price was truly reasonable. Highly recommended!

04/10/2025: We stopped for breakfast at 7:30 a.m. The sandwiches were delicious, as well as the cappuccino. There was only one girl for the whole bar, singing and very friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Pasta al ragù per il bambino con all’interno un filo di metallo probabilmente lasciato da qualche spugna usata per lavare le pentole, visto ad occhio nudo appena portato il piatto. Tagliatelle con spezzato di manzo immangiabili, l’unico gusto che si sentiva era il rosmarino. Pasta scotta. Gnocchi al ragu’ d’anatra dove il ragù in realtà era mantecato. Petto d’anatra dove l’unico gusto che si sentiva era la salsa che sovrastava qualsiasi altro sapore. 110 euro in 3 per aver mangiato in modo terribile. A mai più!

14/07/2025: We stayed at this agriturismo for only two nights, but everything was top-notch. The location is perfect for visiting the parks, the rooms, and the breakfast were all fantastic. The owners were welcoming and discreet, the food was excellent, and we'll definitely return. Highly recommended.

22/10/2025: Adjectives to describe the owners of this restaurant... a beautiful couple... friendly... helpful... generous... unique... Impeccable service... divine dishes... and I must say, abundant too. I recommend everything... But to describe the ravioli filled with buffalo ricotta, anchovy sauce, and lemon, only one word is needed: wow!!! It was raining today... but the sun was shining. They even lent us an umbrella to get to the car... They're really very nice... See you next time!!!

15/10/2025: I visited two days in a row — the hospitality and cocktails were top-notch. You can enjoy your drinks while watching the street. I tried the Negroni, Espresso Martini, and Red Hook; I especially recommend the Negroni.

05/10/2025: Excellent location: charming, quiet, and peaceful. Convenient parking not far from the restaurant. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing detailed explanations of the dishes. The mixed appetizer and trio of tartare dishes were excellent: balanced in portions and flavors. The plinth and duck were very tasty as main courses. Finish with a trio of desserts: each carefully prepared and full of character. Not cheap, but worth it (€60 per person for an appetizer, one main course, a glass of wine, water and dessert to share, and coffee).

03/10/2025: A wonderful discovery in Avigliana. Nestled in the historic city center, this is a restaurant where every detail is meticulously crafted. The exposed brick walls, the tables made of irregular wooden planks, the intimate dining room, combined with the silence and tranquility, make this restaurant an ideal spot for a romantic dinner. The manager proved to be very knowledgeable about the food and wine selections, and by following his recommendations, you certainly won't miss the opportunity to sample delicacies like, in my case, the Drubiaglio onion. The food portions were decent, cooked just right, and the meat was tender. The Nebbiolo they served us was also very good (although it was served by the glass). Special mention goes to the desserts, which were very good and refined, and the liqueurs. The price, slightly higher than that of regular restaurants, takes into account the service, the ambiance, the change of cutlery after each course, and the cloth rather than paper napkins. Special mention goes to the manager, who is kind and competent. Recommended experience, which I will definitely repeat.

06/10/2025: The spaghetti alla carbonara di lago with smoked tench was good, the freshwater cod with char and fried polenta was excellent, I would have liked it better with soft polenta, if you are in the area I recommend it.
