What a charming and intimate restaurant with classic Italian specialities and local food and wine. We had a blast and no complaints whatsoever. But the real heart of the visit was Giulia: with her contagious energy, genuine friendliness and an overwhelming passion for wine, she guided us on a sensory journey that we will never forget. The quality of the products is excellent, but it was she who transformed a simple tasting into a special memory.

31/05/2025: We had a fantastic afternoon. Tasted delicious wines and how nice that someone from the vineyard joined us to tell us about the wines and was also genuinely interested in our questions. We were given bread with olive oil. The most delicious olive oil I have ever tasted. In short, highly recommended!

21/06/2025: A place discovered today, which has rightfully become part of our top trattorias! Super welcoming place, which corresponds in all respects to the typical Tuscan trattoria, where those who want to eat well "like once upon a time" in a rustic setting feel at home. And we were really happy to see the place full of locals, a sign of quality and coherence with local traditions. Since it was a quick lunch we decided to order à la carte instead of opting for the inviting 25 euro menu where there was really everything. We had some really amazing first courses: enormous portions, well seasoned with traditional sauces such as wild boar, rabbit and lampredotto, plated in a very elegant way. Very good house wine, served in typical flasks, a must for the "Il Fiasco" tavern. Finally, special pastry desserts (lemon and cappuccino delight). Kind and friendly staff. Very honest prices: less than 20 euros per person! Congratulations on everything, places like these are the protected oasis of Italian culinary tradition.

16/04/2025: The food is good but when I asked for a glass of red wine I was told I had to take the whole bottle or get a glass of white. So I asked for at least a beer but they didn't have it, so I had to dine with water. the oil with which the fennel salad was dressed was terrible. Music too loud which forces customers to raise the volume of their voices.

Teníamos el menú degustazione, las carnes eran suaves, tiernas, maravillosas legumbres y un desierto excepcional, 200 € para dos! No te lo pierdas y también toma la degustación de queso.
