Fine dining experience. Fresh, local seafood and red meat. Service was friendly, warm and personal. Great wine choices and dessert was a delicious finish to a culinary adventure. A lot of firsts and something that we can talk about back home with high recommendation.

What a lovely place. The service was one of a kind. We felt we are the only guests. The food is top notch. Just let them surprise you. We came with our three year old daughter and they made special spaghetti with pesto for her. It was just a lovely wonderful evening

Qualia was our best dining experience in Cefalù. We had the tasting menu and the food was perfect, as was the wine suggested by the sommelier. The ambience was quiet with good music. The service was very kind and attentive. We highly recommend it and will surely be back when we return to the city.

This was our favorite dining experience in Sicily. We went the first night and the food was so amazing that we went back again the following evening to experience the tasting menu. Every dish was incredible and full of unique flavors which exhibited fresh seafood, vegetables and meat. This restaurant is true “Qualia.”

A really good high-end meal in Cefalù.
Qualia delivers refined cooking with good attention to detail, elegant presentation, and some lovely flavours. The black pig was the clear standout. Rich and perfectly grilled.
Overall, this is a strong restaurant and clearly operating at a high level. For me, it still has a little further to go before feeling like a true Michelin experience (I’m aware it does not have a star at the time of writing, but it feels like it aims for one), but it is a very enjoyable and well-executed meal.
