05/10/2025: More than a refuge, it's a beautiful restaurant serving excellent food at competitive prices. The building is recently built (or renovated) and features large outdoor spaces. Inside, they've managed to create a modern and functional atmosphere that still respects the aesthetics of a traditional mountain building, where raw wood dominates. This last point is commendable and far from a given, as the modern/traditional mix isn't always so successful.

06/10/2025: I'll start by saying I'm extremely skeptical of places serving foreign cuisine for two reasons: 1. They're popping up everywhere these days, and the quality is terrible. 2. As an Italian, I'm used to Italian flavors, and foreign ones are harder to stomach. BUT Murataya surprised me in a positive way!!! I went there last night and didn't find a single thing I didn't like. From the fried chicken to their soups, everything was delicious. I even really enjoyed the fried tofu dipped in broth (tofu is horrible if you don't know how to cook it). Considering the food, and considering the truly welcoming atmosphere (the bathrooms are spectacular), it was a wonderful experience... so much so that I want to go back!!! Congratulations!

16/10/2025: We had a wonderful meal here yesterday. The dishes were presented with great care and passion, and we enjoyed them with gusto. The wines were delicious. The food here is truly delicious. And not just the attention paid to the food, but also to our original Dutch Berlina...a truly special experience!

20/10/2025: I hadn't had good experiences with service in Italy, but this place was a huge relief, especially in that regard: the waiters were super friendly, willing to help, and even though they didn't speak fluent Spanish, they made an effort to understand us. That's where my experience started off well. We were greeted with tostones (fried plantains) and a glass of champagne 🥂 We had better service anywhere 🥰 The food: delicious! We tried octopus on a bed of potatoes as a starter: delicious! The octopus was super soft and delicious. We also had a pizza with prosciutto 🤤 This place is more than just a restaurant, it's a balm in the middle of a trip.

31/10/2025: If you find yourself in Pisa, lunch at Stelio is a must. My wife and I have been there twice, and everything from the service to the food is top-notch.

30/10/2025: Wow! While visiting Pisa, we ate here quite by chance. What a surprise! The atmosphere is particularly warm, the staff are incredibly friendly, and we were lucky enough to meet Stelio himself, who proudly showed us his photos. And the food—because it is a restaurant after all—is amazing. Simple dishes, but perfect. The three children finished everything without any fuss, and we wanted more. Plus, it's not expensive. A lovely surprise away from the crowds of the Piazza dei Miracoli.

04/10/2025: Wonderful experience. Excellent food and wines, including by the glass. Great welcome from co-owner. Excellent service. On a short visit to Parma, we went for lunch -we enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day. Gets busy, so advisable to book in adance.

14/10/2025: A quaint little place nestled in the narrow streets of Naples, discovered almost by accident. What a find! One of the best pizzas I've ever had. If you're in Naples, you must stop by.

Did I mention the delicious pizza? *chef's kiss* The dough was thin and light, with a very soft flavor of tomato sauce, which made for a delicious pizza! Small but very cozy place. At first we weren't sure if we would find it and suddenly there it was.

02/11/2025: Very nice and well-kept atmosphere, kindness, courtesy, professionalism, excellent Valtellina dishes. At dinner it offers a spectacular view.

26/10/2025: Of the restaurants I visited during my food and wine trip to Valtellina, I'd rate this one first. The location is exceptional, with a terrace overlooking the valley (it's a shame it rained), but despite this, the interior is also beautifully decorated, with a large window overlooking the valley. The dishes were excellent (the slow-cooked pork cheek was like butter). The wine list was fantastic. The service was professional and worthy of the setting.

08/11/2025: The quality was top notch. The price was absolutely worth it. I tried the salmon nigiri and the Tokyo-style sashimi.
