15/08/2025: Not to be missed, excellent hospitality and service, average prices for Spoleto, and absolutely delicious dishes. Special mention for the wild boar, an explosion of flavor that's addictive, so much so that I wanted seconds. We'll definitely be returning to Treviso in the coming years to try this cuisine again, which truly amazed us. 🤤🤤🤤
15/08/2025: A romantic place with a moderate price. The meat is excellent, as it's grilled and remains tender.
The appetizers are generous. The chickpea cream soup with chicory is excellent, as is the spaghetti with tomato sauce and burrata. Not to be missed.

07/09/2025: This is a bit of a hidden gem amongst the touristy restaurants in the area. This is a local secret where a lot of the people coming in were locals. There was no lines and no tourists. Pick your pizza and the owner will heat it up for you- this is priced according to weight and ends up being really affordable. And the pizza is delicious. The crust is crunchy and thin and the topping was fresh and tasty- the epitome of Roman pizza.

20/08/2025: Cavò Lieviti e Distillati is simply otherworldly. Every dish was crafted with such care and creativity that it felt like a true culinary journey. The selection of wines was impeccable, each one thoughtfully matched to elevate the flavors of the food. On top of that, the service was attentive and genuinely warm, making the entire experience not just memorable but deeply pleasant. Dining al fresco made it even more delightful. A must-visit in Senigallia.

02/08/2025: Wir sind die Zweiten, die kommen und können einen genial schönen Tisch in der Ecke auslesen, direkt am Fenster mit Aussicht auf den herrlich gepflegten Park. Wunderbar. Ich nehme einen Friseesalat mit Wolfsbarschfilet und rosa Pfeffer. L. bekommt Tagliolini, hausgemacht mit Oliven und Lachs. Zum Hauptgang nimmt er Rinderfilet mit Kartoffeln und einer super feinen Soße. Und ich nehme Gnocchi mit Herzmuscheln an einer weissen Soße. Total lecker. Dazu gibt es ein Ruero Arneis. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
26/07/2025: Wat een feest om hier een week vakantie te mogen vieren. We hadden een mooie kamer met een prachtig terras met uitzicht op het Iseomeer. Al het personeel is even gastvrij en heel erg behulpzaam. Het ontbijt en diner zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit. Wij komen heel graag weer terug.

12/09/2025: Beautiful and elegant, we were there for a wedding. The staff is qualified and attentive to every need, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The food was all delicious and fresh. Even as a vegan, I was able to enjoy excellent options from appetizers to dessert.

14/08/2025: We tried the Summer 25 gourmet menu, which offered the opportunity to sample the entire menu, from appetizer to dessert, including a bottle of wine, for €80 per person.
It was a pleasant experience.
The evening began with four small appetizers: a shrimp in filo pastry, a goat cheese and spider crab tartlet, an octopus, potato, and smoked scamorza bonbon (perhaps the scamorza made it a little salty), and a non-alcoholic watermelon aperitif (the latter should have been served a little cooler).
The second appetizer (snapper tartare) and pizza-flavored risotto were spectacular.
I was less impressed with the second course, which consisted of king prawns with julienned vegetables.
To round out the meal, dessert and small pastries were served.
To drink, a very good Greganico Dorato.
Overall, a very positive experience.

The Icelandic cod, desalted and expertly cooked, stands out. A wide selection of wines pairs well with the dishes. If you're looking for traditional flavors with a touch of innovation, Osteria dei Sani is the place to be.

11/09/2025: The carbonara was excellent, creamy and flavorful just right. The fried mushrooms were spectacular and light, definitely worth a try. To finish, a masterfully made tiramisu. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I'll definitely be back soon!
07/09/2025: The staff is rude, especially the elderly owner, who rudely shooed us away when we approached the parrot they keep outside the restaurant, telling us to go to another restaurant. Also, if you don't want anyone to touch the parrot, just say so politely or put up a sign.
I highly recommend against it.

21/08/2025: Panacea is a regular annual event for my family, and it never disappoints. Along with our favorites (like spaghetti all'assassina), we always try a few different dishes (this time the octopus), and the quality is consistently excellent. Thanks to all the staff.
