Excellent food, definitely recommended, unusual pizzas with fantastic flavor

Excellent staff, but questionable value I decided to try Saporè Downtown, intrigued by the format and the restaurant's reputation. The most positive aspect was undoubtedly the welcome: the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the true highlight of the evening. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, but I found the table setting to be excessively sparse and rudimentary. This is inconsistent with the €2.50 cover charge, despite the welcome gift of a small sample of bread and olive oil. The menu focuses heavily on pizzas (including their special formats) and few main courses; I missed appetizers or small tastings to start the dinner. As for the classic round pizzas, while I recognize the excellent quality of the ingredients, I didn't find them memorable. The prices (between €14 and €17 for those options) seem excessive, in my opinion, for the overall experience. Finally, the "distance" from the much-hyped Maestro Pizzaiolo is a bit disappointing: after so much emphasis on his research, not seeing him in action takes away some of the magic from the story. An interesting experience worth having once, but I don't think I'll be back.

A really great restaurant recommended by a local. The servers are friendly and explain the menu. Very good pizzas served quickly. Good, simple, the perfect place if you're looking for a good meal without too much fuss.

Really lovely staff and great pizza

Excellent experience. Besides the delicious pizza, my friend and I were pleasantly surprised by the attentive and friendly service. We'll definitely be back to try other doughs and flavors. The price is absolutely in line with the service and quality offered.

Delicious food, super friendly staff Wide selection of wines and oils, from chili-infused to plain. If you need Wi-Fi, just ask for the password. I'm giving it a 5-star rating, also because it's super clean! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent quality pizza, very light and easy to digest. The only drawback is the price; honestly, you pay a lot (35 euros for two people, a pizza each, and water) for a pizza. The quality, however, is remarkable.
