Here, you're greeted personally with a handshake by the owner, even though I'd never been here before :-). The food is fantastic (smoked trout with roasted potatoes) paired with a superb red wine (from the owner's brother). And all of this is served outdoors, right next to the apple orchards. It couldn't be better. If you don't stop here, there's no helping you. TIP: Just try it for yourself!

I followed the advice of other customers and did very well. Excellent service with a warm welcome. Beautiful location both in the outdoor garden and in the indoor dining room. Spectacular dumplings. Must try!!!

We visited this lovely restaurant twice during our stay, and both meals were absolutely delicious. The schnitzel with roasted potatoes was honestly one of the best I've ever had, and the BBQ night was equally impressive: the ribs were absolutely delicious. Great food, lovely atmosphere, and friendly service. We'd happily come back. Tip: Make a reservation if you can, as it gets very busy.

Five stars, and they are absolutely deserved. We stumbled upon this place about seven years ago and were immediately captivated by the warmth, the atmosphere, and the outstanding food. Since then, we've returned at least twice during our annual vacation. The quality of the food is exceptional, and the portion sizes are perfectly generous. Everything is always beautifully presented. Go there, you won't be disappointed! Thanks to Helga and the team; every visit is a highlight and unforgettable. The barbecue evening is highly recommended. Reservations are a must!
