18/08/2025: Let me start by saying I'm from Venice, where seafood reigns supreme. This restaurant is truly beautiful, and the food is decidedly top-notch. First of all, the setting is meticulously designed, even down to the aesthetic details. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the view makes everything delicate and captivating. Kudos to the staff. Young, courteous, and knowledgeable. Always kind, never intrusive. Refined, friendly, and always there at the right time. My sincere compliments to those who trained them and to them for putting such passion and professionalism into it. The food is truly excellent. Everything is delicious. You feel pampered by the attention given by the staff. Specifically, I had a trio of carpaccio as an appetizer and a mixed Adriatic grill as a main course. The dishes were very good and beautifully presented. The entree was very popular. In this case, a creamy pea and cuttlefish soup. In the middle, focaccia bread and piadina. Served with an excellent mascarpone and strawberry dessert. Kudos to the owner for creating a classy atmosphere and top-notch food. The price is absolutely more than fair given the location and the quality of the food. Keep it up. Well done!

Special mention to Giuseppe & the full staff for their warm attention and their restaurant, which brings the opposite to typical tourist traps you will find nearby. Carpaccio, pasta and pizza very recommended!! Also the location is in the perfect spot for visiting Positano daily but also to continue to Amalfi and rest of places. 100% recommended to stay and eat!

24/08/2025: Back to the Past Pasticceria, a family-run restaurant with a local feel. Historic since 1945, with classic steps and marble, it's a tearoom style. All the pastries, the brioche, the gelato, the cannoli, the baba rum, are delicious, and the staff is very friendly. They gave us some mandorla/marzipan pastry and orange cookies, which are famous, a delight. We wish we'd bought more. ❤️

20/08/2025: Disorganized. We arrived at 8:30 PM and they made us leave even though we had a reservation for 9:00 PM, and at that time, 50% of the tables were empty. Too bad for them. We found another restaurant 30 meters away (without a reservation) and had a wonderful meal!

Where you can fully breathe in the history of Saluzzo, where you'll find attention to every detail, a menu and staff of the highest caliber. The wine cellar, what can I say... Devastating!!!! We always return whenever we can with great enthusiasm.

16/08/2025: Today my wife and I had lunch at Pizzeria I Tigli in San Bonifacio, and it was a truly exceptional experience. We tried two gourmet pizzas that won us over: the first with fiordilatte, black beans, scallops, zabaglione, and crispy bacon on a simply perfect corn base, crunchy yet light. A surprising and successful combination, an explosion of elegant and balanced flavors. Afterwards, we shared a Tigli Burger, a truly original offering: a soft and fragrant brioche-style dough filled with fiordilatte, sautéed zucchini, a juicy burger, crispy bacon, and a spectacular sauce that tied it all together perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere pleasant and refined. In short, a top-notch gastronomic experience. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to experience pizza in an unforgettable gourmet way!

The food was delicious, especially the tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini, and the wine selection was excellent. The waiter was very professional, friendly, and kind. We really enjoyed our meal. 19/08/2025: Truly charming location: the carpeted staircase leading to the restaurant is beautiful. Upon entering, a room with a bar opens up, followed by another very large room with beautiful parquet floors and truly charming vintage furnishings. We booked for two people and a dog (36 kg): the staff were attentive and attentive to space management. Upon arrival, they were very courteous and immediately brought the dog a drink. We ordered taroz as an appetizer, which I found to be very good. For the first course, pizzoccheri were truly excellent, and the portion was quite generous. For the second course, pollo alla Cerere (roast chicken with potatoes), a simple yet truly tasty and original dish. To finish, a basket of filo pastry, cream, raspberries, and blueberries, worthy of everything else. The price was fair for the location and the quality of the dishes.
