Passing through the area, we stopped at this place, really hungry. Family run because you order at the counter and then the table is set with glasses and towels available in abundance on the counter. The pasta is very fresh, seasoned with excellent abundant sauces. The staff is cheerful and helpful (my son wanted amatriciana which wasn't on the menu that day and the chef made it for him anyway!). The only note is that there is no bathroom, there is hand gel available. But the support of a bathroom for personal needs is missing. Four of us spent only €45 for 4 first courses and 3 waters in the center of Rome! To return!

Hats off! Pasta in "Labottega" is always fantastic, delicious. Despite the waiter's behavior (without hair) - aggressive and impudent, we still love this pasta factory!

We wandered in here quite by accident which is the way many great experiences occur. Fresh off the boat and plane and taxi! It was past lunchtime and it was still busy. You order from a great menu, grab a glass of wine and wait for the best pasta, with such a great chew and incredible sauce to appear. The menu is local, seasonal, traditional yet creative. I may go back tomorrow!

Posto molto accogliente, servizio eccellente e veloce, personale simpatico e competente. Pasta alla carbonara eccezionale, e in generale ingredienti freschi e di qualità! Abbiamo scoperto il ristorante per caso ma ci ritorneremo assolutamente. Prezzo super accessibili e calibrati.
