31/08/2025: Hello, I came today (August 31, 2025). We received fantastic service and were offered three complimentary gourmet dishes, three types of bread, each one better than the last, croquettes, and fried dough with beetroot reduction. For starters, I ordered the fetal cheese salad, etc., which was DELICIOUS. The foccaccia with stracciatella and anchovy was incredible, and the cheese board came with date and honey spread. For main courses, we ordered pasta; the orecchiette was very good; the tagliatelle could have improved its presentation, but the flavor was very good. A success! Very good 🤩

29/08/2025: Great restaurant. Nice views from the outdoor balcony and very nice typical grotto-like room inside. Amazing food with very interesting take on modern cuisine and local dishes. Definitely a must go when in Matera.

05/07/2025: We had been in Italy for 2 weeks and needed a pasta break. Wow, this is a true gem! The food was phenomenal, legit the best bbq pork belly I ever had in 53 years of life. Toni and his wife are such wonderful people and made us feel so welcome. Love Toni Di Gusto from USA!!!

16/06/2025: Very cosy and familiar/homely, we were served by a father and a daughter and they were all very accommodating and friendly. Nice atmosphere, good food, good wine. Excellent service!

18/08/2025: Very fair prices, good sandwiches (and most importantly, fresh, not dry and insipid like the ones at the bar), and polite and friendly staff. It's a shame it can get quite crowded and noisy at times.

24/08/2025: We went this evening for two pizzas (Margherita with ham and Margherita with sausage), made to order, and as soon as they arrived, we didn't have to wait; they were fresh out of the oven! We were greeted by very friendly staff, who accommodated our request to make the pizzas a little overcooked, always with a smile. The pizza was really good and, in my opinion, excellent value! Highly recommended! Try it and believe it!

Nestled just steps from Tasso Square, Caruso Museo is a true hidden gem- it’s tucked away from the tourist bustle yet right in the heart of town. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The service was impeccable, attentive without ever being intrusive, and every detail was carefully thought through. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and even more delicious than we could have imagined. The flavors were refined, perfectly balanced, and worthy of its Michelin recognition. The ambiance added to the charm, elegant, intimate, and full of character. If you are looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Sorrento, skip the tourist traps and treat yourself to Caruso Museo. It’s an absolute must-visit and a meal we’ll be talking about for years to come.

06/08/2025: Here you'll eat the best pizza ever. The dough is excellent. The flavor is overwhelmingly good. 🍕😍🍕😍 The pasta dishes are also very good. 🍝 It's hard to put into words. The best thing is to just go and try it! 😁 I've been going there for over 30 years. Again and again. Year after year. With my family, friends, and relatives. Everyone loves it. 😍 It feels like coming home. The welcome is very friendly and accommodating. Friendships have developed. I'm always happy to come back. Thank you for your hospitality! ❤️

27/07/2025: Everything is fantastic as always...from the risotto which is legendary, creamy and fragrant...to the roast beef cooked by them and impeccably...the cuts of beef are very tender...not to mention the lamb chops...a delicacy...what can I say, it's our gastronomic retreat...when we want to pamper ourselves and be pampered

07/08/2025: Dinner for four at this restaurant, my first time. The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, with a charming entrance through a well-kept garden. We were warmly welcomed and immediately escorted to our table, outside under the portico. The tables are adequately spaced, allowing for comfortable movement and adequate privacy. The service is quick and friendly, the dishes are tasty, and the selection features local products; some dishes are slightly revisited. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the price is reasonable for the quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be back.
