The place is really cute, with a lovely atmosphere in one of the squares in Palestrina's historic center. It's spotlessly clean and refined. We're not talking about affordability, but rather quality and fresh fish. The combinations are excellent, with predominantly lemon notes, creating a fresh flavor, and the spicy flavors are well-balanced. If you're looking for a pleasant evening, especially outdoors in the summer, I highly recommend it. The various bao buns are also excellent!
