08/10/2025: I got a takeaway burger and paid for it as if I'd eaten it on the premises... I threw it away after two bites at home; it was basically meat and a lot of mayonnaise. I don't recommend it.

13/09/2025: A restaurant serving traditional dishes, a quiet place, no wait even without a reservation. The owner is truly kind and professional, offering us various liqueurs after dinner. I really enjoyed the spaghetti with bottarga and the truly excellent seadas. The wine by the glass was also excellent. I recommend it.

19/10/2025: This is how I imagined an authentic South Tyrolean inn to be—simply wonderful. The chef whirls through the restaurant taking orders, followed by a delicious meal in a wonderful setting. The goulash with dumplings was a dream, and the coleslaw was also delicious. We'll be back. Cheers to the kitchen.

13/10/2025: The waiter was very friendly. We didn't have a reservation and it was packed, but the waiter still managed to find seating for everyone. The food was all delicious. Even though the restaurant was full, our food arrived fairly quickly, and the waiters were kind and very attentive.

10/08/2025: Delicious ice cream and friendly staff!! The fiordilatte or panna in particular (I don't remember the correct name) has the flavor of fresh milk, a taste I've never found in other artisanal ice creams. Truly excellent!!

The service was very attentive and the food excellent, especially the fried shrimp and squid, tasty and with an authentic seafood flavor. An experience to remember and definitely a place worth experiencing.

16/10/2025: We spent three days in Burgstall And three days at the Etschgrund for dinner. The food was excellent all three days. We received a very friendly welcome upon entry. Most restaurants could learn a thing or two from the friendliness of the waitress and the manager.

The "mixed salad": green salad with sand between your teeth, four fagioli verdi, and canned corn... The black plate looks classy, ​​but belies the lack of passion in the kitchen. The large sun terrace lacks cushioned seating; they're probably only available upon request. Tourists, cyclists, and workers are constantly queuing here, it's just a shame that the food falls by the wayside...
