I had high expectations for this place, and I must say they were far exceeded. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, putting you at ease right away. The service is prompt and with reasonable wait times, never intrusive. The quality of the products is evident from the first bite: extremely fresh and top-quality ingredients are showcased in tasty, generous, and aesthetically pleasing dishes (the choice of colorful ceramics is beautiful; it truly felt like eating at grandma's house). The warm, family-friendly atmosphere evokes local tradition. The selection of craft beers is also excellent. Even though I'm not a big beer fan, I found that one truly enjoyable and well-paired. Special mention goes to the tartare, simply delicious; to the rigatoni alla norcina with the freshest ricotta that made all the difference; and finally, to the Sicilian cannoli, truly excellent. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation and will gladly return to next time I'm in Foligno.

As an off-menu item, I ordered tagliatelle with black truffle. The truffle was of good quality and quantity. My only complaint was that the dish was a bit disjointed, and unfortunately, everything got cold very quickly.

We ate very well, the place was lovely and welcoming. The guinea fowl steak and crostini with liver pâté were spectacular!! The stuffed pigeon was also delicious, congratulations!

Truly excellent and original dishes, a welcoming atmosphere, and a welcoming staff. Definitely worth a try.

It is possible to taste traditional Umbrian dishes, excellent raw materials

The place has just a few tables, a homey atmosphere, excellent service, sensational food, and excellent house wine. When I return to the area, I'm sure I know where to eat. Highly recommended.
