22/10/2025: It is a small place which is like a bar and sandwich/small food place. We had their sandwiches and some drinks. The service was fast and the sandwiches were very good. I had the vegetarian caprese sandwich and it was quite good.

12/09/2025: The place is quaint, and you can eat outside in the courtyard, shaded by the trees. Service is fast, and the owners are attentive and courteous. The food is all authentic and high-quality; the cured meats and cheeses are excellent, as are the vegetables and crostini. The desserts are delicious. The prices are very fair. Definitely worth trying again. Reservations are recommended, as it's always crowded during opening hours.

26/08/2025: A wonderful experience, for the food (excellent quality cured meats, cheeses, bread, and desserts!), for the setting (the courtyard of a country house... like being with family!), for the punctual service (very fast, despite the many guests!), for the serene and joyful atmosphere that enriched our holiday! 09/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant with an ancient Aosta Valley theme. Impeccable service, and a lovely idea to offer their own spiced wine (killer) with a welcome plate. The menu is very extensive, especially the wine selection. I wanted to try the Favô, a very good and unique dish, while my companion had the Agnolotti, also very good. To round things off, we had a tasting of 18 cheeses accompanied by three sauces, plus polenta, salad, and potatoes. The potatoes were a bit of a letdown because they were just whole boiled potatoes. But what can I say? An experience worth having. To finish, a panna cotta with raspberries and chocolate, very good but overpriced. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the wine and desserts are a bit overpriced. If you're passing through Cogne, I recommend stopping by. P.S. It offers a great view.

07/10/2025: Exceptional dinner. Attentive and fast service. Professional and courteous. We had dinner this evening, starting with caponata and carpaccio. Followed by a hearty raclette. We finished with gelato and a delicious zabaglione, freshly whipped in a copper pot. An experience that left us happy and truly full! Highly recommended for anyone looking to sample delicious dishes in a mountainous yet elegant setting.

01/11/2025: We went for dinner and it was SPECTACULAR. We've been to award-winning pizzerias and this place is way better. A MUST-STOP if you come to Brescia. Incredibly good!! The waitress who served us (I don't know her name) was a sweetheart. If you read this, thank you for your service.

06/11/2025: I don't like to leave reviews that are more negative than usual, but in this case, I have to because they've made mistakes that are unacceptable in the hospitality industry. The first is forgetting the details of a customer who's visiting from another country, as is my case. A month in advance, there was prior communication by email in the local language, with details, reservation, requests, etc. Everything was fine. When we arrived, they offered us a table facing the kitchen (the smell of meat was overwhelming, and it was very good, by the way, and the smoke stung our eyes). It wasn't even reserved; it was a table that just happened to be free. Since we had specified that it was an anniversary dinner, they could have chosen a more intimate table, as there were others available, but they gave us the first one that was free. Basically, we could have just arrived without a reservation and eaten straight to the table. What annoyed me the most was that I specified it was an anniversary and asked for a little something extra with the dessert, but they completely forgot. Anyway, I'm leaving this review so they'll be more considerate of their customers, especially those who come from another country, go to the trouble of making a reservation a month in advance in the local language, and then get nothing done. The food was very good; that's the only positive point.

28/10/2025: Excellent mix of atmosphere and conviviality, it was my baptism of fire with Balkan cuisine and it went very well also thanks to the waitress who guided us in this experience with great advice.

22/11/2025: I had dinner at the Varadero restaurant. The food was excellent, the price was fair, and the staff was friendly and professional. My only complaint is that, while tastefully decorated and clean, the space is a bit small for the number of tables inside. Highly recommended!

17/09/2025: A small restaurant in Salerno that offers typical local food at a more than reasonable price. We ordered fried fish to share and then pasta, delicious! I recommend ordering the daily specials from the blackboard to take advantage of the fresh produce. The staff was also very friendly, a great choice!
