09/12/2025: What can I say? It's a place where you eat well. We opted for the tasting menu for 55 euros per person, excluding wines. I won't talk about the food because it's an innovative cuisine that you have to try.

08/12/2025: Exceptional experience. A very refined atmosphere, very attentive but not overly formal service, a very positive aspect in my opinion. Regarding the food, I can't find a better word than exceptional. The My Way menu is highly recommended: five dishes chosen by the chef that take you on a journey between Piedmont and Asia. We can't wait to return!

07/12/2025: We had breakfast here during our stay at the B&B within the same building. It was delicious, with mostly homemade items, including blueberry jam and crepes with gianduia cream. Everything was excellent, as were the large, beautiful, and spotlessly clean rooms. The service was truly excellent, and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

06/10/2025: We went to the Arche restaurant in Verona for lunch, having missed our favorite spot. The place is nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food fell short of our expectations. Overall, a decent experience, but not up to the reviews we'd read.

06/12/2025: Whether you're vegan or not, try lunch at this restaurant! Everything is delicious, and the dishes are beautifully presented. The quality and sophistication of the ingredients and the flavors are top-notch. The dessert display makes you want to come back to try them all. The interior is also beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are fair for the quality, especially considering the location in the heart of Trento.

26/11/2025: DEVASTATING! A wonderful discovery. The dishes are beautifully presented, colorful, delicious, and anything but predictable. My only regret is that I wasn't able to try all the dishes, but it will be a must-try next weekend in Trento.

11/11/2025: A very rustic place, the unique vaulted ceilings make it almost unnoticeable how few tables are available. Excellent food. Friendly and attentive staff. Definitely worth returning.

21/10/2025: In Palermo for work, I decide to try the meat and cannoli at Piana degli Albanesi. The place is small but cozy and clean, seating about thirty. Service is average. The meat and cannoli are excellent.

03/12/2025: I was here a few days ago for my husband's birthday. Everything was fantastic, the place was wonderful, the food excellent, except that, even though I hadn't asked for dessert, it arrived, and, given how it was presented, I thought it was a thoughtful touch from the restaurant owner, since they knew it was his birthday. Instead, I found it on the bill, along with the aperitif, which I appreciated, but we didn't know there was an extra charge, since it seemed like it was free. In my opinion, I shouldn't have been charged for the dessert, which I hadn't asked for, and they should have been informed that the aperitif is an extra charge. The owner describes the menu verbally and the prices are unknown... not everyone likes this... Other than that, it was a great experience.

17/11/2025: We had lunch at the Pretzhof Restaurant for a wedding, even though we were a small group, and it was a truly excellent experience. The farmhouse atmosphere is authentic and warm, perfect for such a special occasion. The dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients from the farm, were exquisite and authentic, while the wine list won us over: excellent wines, well-selected and perfect to accompany our dinner. The service was attentive and discreet, helping to make the day elegant yet informal. Highly recommended for those seeking a refined and authentic gastronomic experience in Alto Adige.

09/10/2025: Overrated, the quality of the pasta was good, but the pork in the carbonara tasted burnt... the cheese had a very strong taste... And the lady serving didn't speak English and had a bad face... she didn't ask if I wanted a drink, I had to get a cold water that was at hand when I hate cold water... you have to shout for them to come out and serve you...

09/10/2025: A simple concept executed perfectly: fresh pasta made with an appropriate sauce and a good selection of sides. My pappardelle was well prepared, chewy and coated with a rich pork and tomato sauce. A side of shredded and dressed white cabbage was a crunchy accompaniment. Also some fresh from the oven crusty bread was perfect for collecting the last of the sauce. Very reasonable prices, lovely staff who have the patience of the saints in dealing with confused tourists from all over the world. Recommended.

07/10/2025: Mario, the owner, along with his family and staff, are always very kind and friendly. You can always find good food and drinks at any time. I've even done some grocery shopping there, because they have a little bit of everything, including basic necessities.

12/12/2025: We left Rome to visit Spoleto and were unfamiliar with this restaurant. We found it delightful, with an elegant yet welcoming and familiar atmosphere. Delicious dishes were served impeccably, and the service was impeccable in every way. The owner and staff were truly wonderful, friendly, and very professional. It's definitely worth a repeat visit to experience this wonderful experience!

08/12/2025: Excellent! I highly recommend it for its delicious gelato and homemade cannoli. I spent three days in Venice, and for me, it was the best cannoli I've had here.

26/10/2025: What can I say? Definitely the best gelato in the province and beyond. The wine-must gelato is worth trying one by one, and then returning for more. Alternatively, stock up on a good supply for home. Best regards, Maestro Roberto.
