I learned that some customers were upset by the behavior and inappropriate language used by the person who wrote the negative review. Everyone has a bad day sometimes—customers, owners, and employees. There's no reason not to invite people to visit Osteria Emilia in Vidor; each of us must make our own decisions and make our own decisions freely and peacefully. I also want to remind you that blasphemy in public, in particular, is punishable by law with a significant fine. Let's try to find peace and tranquility.

20/10/2025: Aimo and Nadia's bistro is an evening of serenity: flavors meet the intoxicating aromas of appetizing dishes and select wines in an experience complemented by an intimate and informal Parisian atmosphere. The house's signature is recognizable in the refined yet traditional dishes. Thanks to Sabrina and her entire staff, especially Ilaria, we were able to celebrate an intimate family event on one of those evenings that are heartwarming. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back!

18/10/2025: Egregiously under-rated; this will surprise you, hugely welcome break from pasta, pizza, overloaded red meat. If you'd like to see real value Italian flair and innovation, this is the place. Period. Exceptional. Like happens very rarely.

23/10/2025: At least the Palazzo Rosso and Palazzo Bianco are worth a visit. Works of immense artistic value.

23/10/2025: This palace is beautiful, unfortunately the route is not very well indicated but nevertheless the staff is very kind and they speak French. I recommend renting an audio guide although it is a little expensive for a better understanding of the paintings.

08/11/2025: We were here for lunch today: we had hot appetizers, crudités, spaghetti with clams, and lemon and strawberry sorbet. We sat on the terrace overlooking the lake, enjoying the beautiful day and the view of Lake Garda. The service of the talented and beautiful Cornelia made our lunch perfect.

30/10/2025: A group of us came here to celebrate my partners 40th from the UK. We had an amazing evening at this restaurant! The atmosphere was brilliant, the food was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was our best night in Bardolino by far. The finer details from the owner and staff were fabulous. A complimentary welcome glass of prosecco as well as some home made liquor at the end of the evening. They also came out singing happy birthday to my partner with a sign and a sparkler. We all said that if we visited Bardolino again in the future, we would all want ro visit Ristorante Piccolo Doge again! Thank you so much for such a fun and tasty evening.

17/09/2025: I often come to the south for a quick drink of amaro or an aperitif. I've also had dinner a few times. It's an excellent place to meet friends and taste excellent amaros from different parts of Italy. Recommended. Lately, they've been offering an aperitif buffet. Excellent and very generous. If you come early enough, you can find seating both inside and outside; otherwise, you can enjoy your drink standing in the square.

04/10/2025: So glad we found this restaurant! You can tell Chef George puts in his heart in preparing every meal. The octopus is fresh and tender. So is iberico pork - tender and flavorful. The prawns on rice is umami and a delight for the eyes. Chef George shares generously on how he makes his black focaccia ( the best I’ve had on this trip). Will come back again if I return to Genoa. 👍👍👍

The wine selection leaves nothing to be desired. The only thing that bothered us slightly was the lighting, which could be a bit dimmer. Otherwise, everything was excellent! Highly recommended, even if it might be a little out of the way for some...
