What can I say, everything is fantastic from the service to the food, the whole team is top notch

Medium-high expectations for a restaurant that turned out to be really good and therefore exceeded the latter. Lasagnetta with wild boar ragout is excellent, as is the Milanese cutlet. For dessert, one of the best tiramisú I've ever eaten. The good food is also complemented by the very intimate and original environment, as well as the informal and attentive service. It doesn't have a Michelin star but it deserves it all.

fantastic experience: carefully designed environment, excellent service, quality food at restaurant level. After a welcome we tasted many appetizers from Fassona tartare to brioche bread with lard and fish. An excellent risotto to finish with a chocolate cake with a sweet pre or dessert. Anni dopo Passalacqua con il suo eccelso Pane e Acqua e con una nuova veste cromatica sui toni del verde, finalmente si torna a pranzare con grande gusto in questo ristorantino/bistro in odore di stella. Il servizio è praticamente perfetto, la cucina con alcuni picchi di grande stile. La cantina è abbastanza variegata con qualche notevole etichetta e la giovane sommelier è molto preparata. Le lenticchie al coccio, mazzancolle del mar Mediterraneo e castagne croccanti sono ottime, come del resto la zuppa etrusca con farro, verdure dell’orto e legumi al finocchietto selvatico, omaggio a Nadia. I bottoni di pasta fresca farciti di fegato alla veneziana, cipolla caramellata e riduzione all’aceto di mele sono letteralmente fantascientifici e meritano una menzione speciale. La trippa non supera l'esame nonostante la bella presentazione in crosta che rende questo piatto più bello da vedere che altro. In sostanza però si mangia molto bene.

Everything perfect: aperitif and the two dishes chosen, excellent wine. Only flaw: very unrelated starter, lentils, prawns and chestnuts. Well done and worth trying again.

Initially I unsure about my choice, the bistro's Alice in Wonderland decor raised some questions. However, any skepticism quickly faded as the culinary experience unfolded. The staff were helpful & kind , The food was no joke either , it surpassed my expectations, every element was spot on

E' buono il cibo servito in questo locale? sì parecchio. Il servizio è all'altezza? sì, bialnciato tra gentilezza, competenza e discrezione. Il conto? non è regalato. Ma l'ambiente, i vini, la qualità del cibo e il tipo di servizio lo giustificano. Ci sono già tornata e ci tornerò. Grazie!
