The courses come to the table too quickly without any pause, which did not suit us. We were delighted with some sequences and not at all with others. The raw materials are of high quality. The portions are quite large, which surprised us a lot. We took the tasting menu with 5 courses. Recommendations.

Sagré sta per Salvo Greco, un giovane chef che arriva dalla scuola di Gualtiero Marchesi. Ma in questo ragazzo brilla la voglia di esprimere le proprie origini, di semplificare nel gusto la cultura della propria terra madre. Usa gli ingredienti più poveri e li trasforma in un caleidoscopio di sapori. Favolosi gli antipasti, ottimi i primi, grandi i secondi usando pesci poveri come la spatola ed il palombo. Graziosi i piattini di introduzione. Ricercati i dolci. . Personale cortese, professionale e veramente gentile.

5コースで60ユーロのTasting Menuを選択。魚介類中心のお料理で、量は多過ぎず、味付けもしつこくないので、少食 でなければ女性でも食べ切れます。どの皿も手が込んでいて彩りが美しく、最後のデザートまで全て美味しくいただきました。ローマからのフライトが遅れレストランの予約時間を過ぎてしまいましたが、スタッフの方は、お客様に喜んでいただくのが私たちの喜びと仰り、とても感じのいいお店でした。
