14/04/2026: On the recommendation of the B&B where we were staying, we booked a 5:00 PM dinner for two, one of whom was celiac.
Despite the short notice, they were able to serve us excellent dishes, including gluten-free options, minimizing the difference between the dishes.
The portions might be considered small, but given the complexity of the preparations and flavors, they're considered adequate.
Everything was more than excellent, including the recommended wine.

The presentation is also meticulously crafted, simple and refined. The service is attentive, discreet, and always punctual, while the wine list intelligently complements each course.
