26/08/2024: Restaurant and Bar La Rocca da Franco is located in Piazza della Collegiata in Castell'Arquato, in a corner position which also gives a pleasant view of the Rocca Viscontea (hence the name). Given the time of arrival, I was not able to take advantage of the restaurant service, but I was able to appreciate the aperitif, consisting of a different spritz than usual, made with Monterosso White Wine and China Martini roots, accompanied by an adequate reinforcement of tastings of cured meats and cheeses from the Piacenza area. The only thirst-quenching spritz I have ever drunk, although there are three other variations that are equally particular and fresh compared to the traditional drink. 0 km products and a lot of passion. If it gives me so much, the restaurant must be an experience worth trying.

23/08/2024: My wife and I were there yesterday, a restaurant located in the square of Castell'Arquato, excellent location, Piacenza specialties, high quality raw materials, excellent wines with refined cellars but the real difference is made by Giovanni with his impeccable service. Very attentive to detail to satisfy every request. of the customers a true tidy professional well looked after. restaurateurs if you need to learn something about the service take a tour, there is a lot to learn there, well done Giovanni see you soon

30/07/2024: Una cena speciale. Accolti nel giardino con i fasti di un tempo.. Ci accompagnano al tavolo e inizia la favola. Le pietanze sono tutte speciali,curate nel gusto e nell'aspetto. I sapori sono delicati ed unici. La descrizione dei piatti è curata nei minimi dettagli. Hanno reso la serata davvero speciale e unica. Un ricordo che resterà impresso nei tempi.

01/07/2024: My parents and I spent a lovely evening here on one of our final evenings in Rome. The owner is extremely passionate about what he does and that was lovely to experience. He made excellent reccommendations and we ended up trying a wide variety of things. We had bruschetta, burrata, oriciette as well as the puff pastry speciality. It was too hard to pick a favourite - everything was extremely good, the wine as well. Would reccommend this place in a heartbeat!

18/08/2024: Appena finito di mangiare in questa focacceria non posso esimermi dal lasciare una recensione. In 13 ci siamo fermati ed abbiamo mangiato di tutto, davvero non saprei decidere cosa fosse meglio, tutto preparato e cucinato al momento. l'arancino rosso non si può non prendere, da provare anche quello al pustacchio. Il proprietario ed il resto del personale sono stati gentilissimi. Consigliatissimo!

16/08/2024: Wonderful place a few steps from the center of Ferrara. My partner and I went to this place for a special evening and I must say that we were both fully satisfied. Very refined and particular environment, well-trained staff (they tell you about the dishes in a truly exhaustive way) and excellent dishes both to the eye and to the palate (and congratulations for your imagination in choosing the names of the various dishes!). We will definitely be back.

02/08/2024: Best meal I had during my trip to Italy. Great hospitality, nice atmosphere. Son runs the front of the house and his mother does the cooking. The stuffed rolled swordfish was the best thing I’ve ate in Italy. The house red wine and tiramisu were also excellent.

20/07/2024: My opinion: The best restaurant in Cefalu! Tasty food and friedly staff! L’antipasti were awesome, salmone al miele and carpaccio di roastbeef plate. I’ve ever tasted so good pasta as their pasta with gorgonzola. And finally the delicious meatballs! Highly recommended!!! Remember to make the reservation if you want to eat there.

15/07/2024: Always a confirmation... even after years.... The family atmosphere, the attentive, friendly and thoughtful service make this restaurant a place of the heart... As a service should be: you sit down and they immediately bring water and a saucer of parmesan... if you like... Starters with mixed cured meats of great taste, thinly fried mushrooms, well breaded, not greasy Excellent "white" lasagnette with porcini mushrooms, pan-fried cappelletti with grated summer truffle. We move on to the second courses with: roast beef and sautéed porcini mushrooms (soft and juicy, cutlets with summer truffle (again), fried mushrooms (again!!), veal with tuna.... super... Bottle of Ripasso and a not bad Marche passito.. nocino.... what more could you want? Come back as soon as possible....
