Rosso Rubino is a must-try if you’re visiting Montepulciano. The garlic pici was so amazing we were eating spoonfuls of the sauce when it was done. Also, the tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had. They only do one seating every night so make sure to reserve in advance. You will need to call or email them to make a reservation.

Our favorite restaurant in the region and the best filet mignon I've ever eaten: melt-in-your-mouth tender and generously covered with thin slices of truffle, an absolute must-try. The seasonal vegetables were delicious and the chocolate cake was magnificent!
And of course, with such generous portions, the chef and his wife are delightful. Definitely worth a visit, but reservations are essential.

Family dinner, small restaurant, seating about 20. Friendly and attentive service. You can choose from truffle dishes. We tried both truffle dishes and the Florentine steak, and everything was spectacular. The Florentine steak, weighing 1.2 kg, melted in your mouth. Try their olive oil, too; it will leave you speechless! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
