We happened to walk past here twice and were briefly distracted. What can we say? The ambiance, service, and food were all top-notch. The wine pairings were well explained and recommended. A wonderful restaurant with a stylish, traditional inn atmosphere and a very welcoming ambiance. The team is extremely friendly and attentive; you immediately feel at ease. The food and drinks are excellent – authentic South Tyrolean cuisine of the highest quality. We always love coming back here!

A very cozy restaurant in Tscherms with a fantastic weatherproof terrace. Good wine list and very good pizzas and steak burgers. Also seasonal daily specials. Popular with locals. So it must be good!

A thoroughly enjoyable evening at the Sapperlot Inn – the four of us were there on Saturday and were thrilled!
Even the appetizer set a high standard: The beef tartare was simply outstanding – one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned, high-quality meat, and prepared with great attention to detail by the owner herself.
The main courses continued at the same high level: The ribeye with asparagus was superbly prepared – cooked to perfection, succulent, and bursting with flavor. Equally impressive was the combination of squid, shrimp, and clams – fresh, delicately balanced, and with a light Mediterranean touch.
We would also like to particularly commend the wine recommendation: perfectly suited to the dishes, with a keen sense of flavor and balance – exactly the kind of advice you hope for: attentive yet pleasantly understated – from the owner herself.

... One small disappointment from our perspective: Unfortunately, we only discovered afterward that a Lagrein Riserva from Taber was also on the menu – we would have loved to have it. But perhaps we'll get a bottle next time!
In conclusion: Superb cuisine, excellent service that strikes just the right balance. For us, definitely a top address in the region – we'll be back!

We ate in once and ordered takeout once. The service is very attentive and efficient. Everything is well-organized and meticulously detailed.
The food selection is good, including classic dishes as well as more unusual options. There's also a wide variety of pizzas (we had Tyrolean and tuna with onions).
The pizzas were excellent, nice and crispy, and the toppings were perfect – not too much, but not too little either. We also ordered classic asparagus (very good, firm to the bite, not overcooked) and pasta with mussels (good).
The wine list offers a large selection, and the displayed bottles suggest that they have some very good wines.
We were there slightly off-season, so we were able to get a table without a reservation. Otherwise, I would recommend making a reservation.
Prices are on the higher end (for dining in), but the pizzas are reasonably priced.

I've been to quite a few restaurants all over Europe, but none have ever impressed me as much as this one. After each visit, I'm amazed all over again and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Keep up the great work :) You guys are fantastic.
