Without words! If you pass through Livorno you must try the Schiaccia with chickpea cake. Above the counter there is a sign that says: do you have pepper? Spectacular and worth trying

Gagarin a guarantee! I tried the 5e5 and it's spectacular! Possibility to choose between Oxford and Schiacciata, with the addition of marinated aubergines (highly recommended) and pepper. The chickpea cake is creamy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, making the sandwich truly exceptional and not at all "dough"! Absolutely worth trying! Price 5e5: €3.50

Consiglio a tutti di concedersi un bombolone alla crema in questa friggitoria e di mangiarlo poi nella piazzetta antistante magari dopo essersi gustati un cinque e cinque nella vicina torteria Gagarin. Credetemi, è una delle migliori esperienze culinarie che possiate regalarvi.

10/03/2024: Ottimo piatti nella tradizione Elbiana. Speciale l'antipasto di melanzane e alici gusto veramente delicato e molto buono. Gallinella saporitissima. Si sente la passione per la cucuna e i gusti tradizionali. Ottima cantina. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Complimenti
