A magnificent platter of charcuterie and cheese, and taglionelli with asparagus and lamb—a true delight! No wonder it received a Michelin Green Guide recommendation. A warm welcome from Luigi, who speaks excellent French, having worked with renowned chefs.

Excellent place in the center of Caprarola.

The food is good and the price is fair, as many others have already noted. However, I want to dedicate these few lines to the team at this restaurant because they have a synergy and efficiency that I personally have never seen anywhere else. The girls literally fly from table to table and ensure excellent service. Kudos also to Luigi for his attention to each diner. The only tiny comment I'd like to make is about the tortelli. They're delicious, but they could be enhanced even more by reducing the pasta layer at the top and, perhaps, adding an extra 2 to the plate because they go quickly. 😂

My wife and I went to this place on April 25th. We had a delicious house antipasto with quality cured meats and some delicious bruschetta. Then we had two Pici Cacio e Pepe pasta dishes with exceptional asparagus. The dessert was delicious and reasonably priced. We'll be back soon. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.
