Beautiful place. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The meat and cheese plates are beyond praise. Despite the fact that this is not a restaurant, in any case, dishes are offered not only for a snack, but also for a full meal. In any case, I recommend visiting!!

I'm here with them now. What can I say... In addition to the excellent service (even if full on Sunday) they have very good food. It's the second time I've come in a week (and there must be a reason). Absolutely local and delicious cold cuts platter (moreover explained by them). Local wine (but high quality with cellars known to those who know Tuscia) and also an excellent selection from other regions. Try it!!! You will not regret it ;)

The place is small but the cuisine is delicious. All local products, uncommon and of excellent quality. The staff is very attentive and very hospitable. The location is great, just outside Palazzo Farnese. To try!

Ottimo servizio. Il tagliere è davvero ottimo e pieno di ricercatezze locali. Buona la scelta dei vini e la capacità di consigliare con rincari giusti sui prezzi dei vini. Ridotta la scelta dei primi e dei secondi che comunque sono migliorabili. Ottimi i dolci a base di nocciola viterbese.

Tutto buono, dall’antipasto al dolce. Personale super gentile e prezzi nella media. Location molto accogliente. Super consigliati i taglieri di salumi tipici e bruschette con olio locale DIVINO( che anche se terminano, i camerieri rimpiazzano subito). Ottimo ❤️

Il Vignola è una garanzia! Antipasto ricchissimo e per tutti i gusti (fagioli inimitabili!) e primi da leccarsi i baffi. Non ho potuto rinunciare all’amatriciana, ma la mia amica ha preso gli gnocchetti con i funghi porcini ed erano spaziali. Come sempre, ci torneremo

19/03/2024: Optimal!! Eating here is a complete surprise, relying on the guidance of the chef/owner you reach a goal that leaves you very satisfied. The wine selections, both local and otherwise, are also excellent. Everything very good.
17/03/2024: We went to Osmodi on February 10th for dinner, the place was just for us. In these cases it's worth the trip, the restaurant pays great attention to detail, the chef Deborah was fantastic (thanks again) we had a 6-course tasting and wine tasting, particularly pay attention to intolerances and allergies. as regards the menu in words it is difficult to explain what we felt while eating its dishes, it was a carousel of flavours, smells and consistencies of the dishes above the average of many famous starred ones. We will come back for sure
