25/07/2025: After visiting Sardinian agritourisms for several years, I can confidently say that this is THE AGRITURISMO! The best porceddu we've ever eaten, and more! The quality of the food and the kindness of the owner and his partner make it a must-visit if you're in the area.

25/07/2025: A typical Sardinian dinner consisted of a welcome crostini and a complimentary glass of Vermentino. The courses included two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, dessert/fruit, water, a quarter of wine, myrtle liqueur, and coffee. The food was superb, the location was wonderful—intimate and peaceful, surrounded by nature—and the staff were incredibly attentive and sweet, ensuring we had a memorable, romantic evening. An honorable mention goes to the suckling pig cooked in a wood-fired oven, absolutely amazing. If I could, I'd give it much more than five stars. We'll definitely be back ❤️

18/08/2025: A simply unforgettable dinner in the heart of Ortigia! We started with a breathtaking appetizer: a fresh, flavorful, and top-quality tuna tartare, which immediately raised the bar. Then came the fried fish: crispy, light, perfectly executed, and accompanied by a truly amazing sauce. But the real spectacle came with the first courses: the shrimp and pistachio spaghetti was an explosion of flavor with every bite—sea and land came together in an embrace that was almost touching. And then... the sea urchin carbonara. Words are insane. A dish worthy of UNESCO World Heritage status, a unique and perfectly balanced combination that deserves every possible applause. The staff? Simply exceptional. The chef deserves an award, and the chef's wife was exceptionally kind, always with a sincere and welcoming smile. We left the restaurant so satisfied that we wanted to take up residence nearby, just to return more often. An experience that goes far beyond just eating: here, you can experience a passion for cooking. Highly recommended!

18/08/2025: Elegant atmosphere, very friendly staff, and excellent food. Definitely worth returning. N.B.: They'll soon be changing their name from "Perle d'Ortigia" to "Osteria Illuminata," but the chef will remain the same. Highly recommended.

04/09/2025: To escape the chaos of the city, to enjoy a good wine with friends or as a couple, to relax while gazing at Lake Nemi... Capodiferro is truly the answer to everything. The friendliness of the owners, Salvatore and Pamela, and the young people serving tables. The kindness. The smiles. Fresh fish, different every day. Delicious homemade desserts. In short, it's a mix of tastes and flavors. I've never been there before, but I'll be back very soon, maybe even for lunch to enjoy the view over a nice glass of wine. Go there!! I recommend it!!

01/09/2025: Returning to Salvatore and Pamela is always a pleasure: first of all, the elegant yet unpretentious restaurant, with outdoor seating in the summer, offers a splendid view of Lake Nemi; the staff is always prompt and professional, very attentive to their customers. The dishes, all fish-based, are a true delight, both the appetizers (very refined) and the first courses (carefully composed and rich in flavor, as well as beautifully presented). Even the second courses, not numerous but frequently changing, are cooked with true mastery so as not to alter the flavor of the fish while still allowing the seasoning to savor, never overpowering. Even the side dishes are unique combinations of different ingredients (cucumber, avocado, and beetroot, strawberries and lettuce, etc.). The desserts are all homemade, and here too, Salvatore's creativity is evident: unique and captivating combinations, yet very tasty. The wine list is rich with excellent choices. In short, a truly satisfying dinner or lunch!

22/07/2025: Delicious pizza, pasta, mixed salad, vegetable soup are all delicious and acceptable to both children and adults!! The vegetable soup is a bit salty when drunk alone, and needs to be eaten with bread. I really recommend it😋😋

24/08/2025: Their hospitality and passion in explaining and recommending their culinary offerings immediately made us feel pampered and valued. The dishes—from caciocavallo cheese with potatoes, to goat's ham and cartellate with onions, to the excellent meats paired with an excellent glass of wine—made this culinary experience unforgettable. Kudos to the owners for their passion for this business.

06/07/2025: ***Revised from 1 star to 3 stars only because of Elda at the front desk reaching out to apologize! While we waited for a cab to take us to an evening event. Scheduled additional night after our tour group, 8 of us in 3 rooms. They made us change rooms. The desk agents, and manager told us come back after lunch and your bags will be moved for you into your new rooms and your rooms will be ready. returned after 1p, no rooms weren't ready, waited in the lobby, as one room at a time was prepared, first room was ready about 1:45p. Second at 2:10, third around 2:40. No apologies, no concessions.

The seafood was incredibly fresh, and every dish — insalata di mare, polpo in tempura, tagliata di ricciola, frittura di calamari, tonno in crosta — was superb. Each bite felt thoughtfully prepared and perfectly executed. The staff was just great! I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a dining experience this memorable!
