A quaint location, the mixed fried fish was good, but the Ligurian-style sea bass was truly spectacular!! And to finish, a truly unique dessert... "chinotto semifreddo." A truly positive experience... we recommend it.

Fantastic experience, found by chance while walking on the first day of vacation. Delicious fish, and the homemade licorice makes everything perfect. A great surprise. I'll be back.

This trattoria has fairly high prices for the quantity and quality of food offered, but is in line with other restaurants in the area. The calamarata was quite good, but the fish was not as good as the pasta. The dessert was a winner! The apple puff pastry with gelato was amazing.

Hi, it's normal, nothing special, and the annoying thing is that they say on the phone they're a place for celiacs, only to find out on the spot that they actually aren't. If it hadn't been late, without the child, we would have left. Sure, it won't be the first or the last, but every time I go there, I feel bad for my wife who is celiac.

Debora knows how to cook!!!! It's hard to deny it... Her technique is above average, the dishes are excellent, well-cooked, and the entire staff is absolutely top-notch! Debora and Benito are great!

We ate a first course from the menu and were very pleased with the flavor and quality of the dishes we ordered. The staff were very friendly and the prices were average. We'll be back.

05/08/2026: I often come to Finale Ligure, and Acqua Viva is my favorite restaurant. The food is good, and the staff is knowledgeable, extremely kind, and friendly. The location is beautiful and well-kept, and the prices are in line with the local average.
31/07/2026: Excellent seafood, in my opinion the best between Pietra and Finale. The veranda overlooking the sea is lovely. It's a shame the service is a bit slow, but it was worth it.

13/07/2026: I must say we were a bit disappointed. All dishes had quite the kick to it, potatoes were overcooked and overall the dishes were not that impressive. Apparently reservation is required.
09/07/2026: The portions are generous but they are slow. I ate dinner in the evening.
