Beautiful experience, presentation of sublime and very tasty dishes with a touch of personality, the place is clean and tidy and very welcoming, friendly and professional staff, if I happen to pass through Palermo it will definitely be my restaurant to go to for dinner

Local, in a street adjacent to the "Salotto di Palermo", where the comings and goings of tourists is the recognizable note. Simple, spaciously lit, warm and welcoming environment, with particular artistic notes, typically Sicilian character references and sayings. Menu with traditional Sicilian dishes, finely elaborated in a modern perspective, by an imaginative hand, that of chef Francesco Oneto, of the well-known dynasty of restaurateurs. Good wine list, based on regional wineries. Kind, prepared, present and exhaustive service, led by a very good, helpful and knowledgeable restaurant manager. Excellent value for money, a side note of applause, a very modern no gender toilet, which indicates the social evolution of an entrepreneurial activity.

Cucina diretta, da uno chef preparato, presente, meticoloso quale Francesco Oneto, che dirige impeccabilmente la sua efficiente brigata, assicura all'ospite, di poter godere una cena dagli alti standard. Menù essenziale, con piatti semi gourmet, in cui si evince la predisposizione per le materie prime a km zero dei presidi Slow Food siculi. Panificati deliziosi, elaborati con selezione di grani antichi, e lievito madre, buona carta vini. Sempre una certezze, che assicura una lodevole e fidata bontà enogastronomica. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Upon arrival you immediately notice a friendly and very quick and efficient service. The dishes were very good and made with high quality ingredients, good value for money. Excellent if you want to try new flavors and experiences using local products and more.

A dinner here is an experience you can't wait to repeat. The foods are special in quality and combination. Reginelle with sprouts and swordfish, tonnarelli with pecorino cream and then the desserts!!! One better than the other! A restaurant to remember.

Locale , in una via adiacente al "Salotto di Palermo", dove il viavai dei turisti è la nota riconoscitiva. Ambiente semplice, ampio illuminato, caldo ed accogliente, con particolari note artistiche, referenti personaggi e detti prettamente siciliani. Menù con piatti della tradizione siciliana, elaborati finemente in un'ottica moderna, da una mano estrosa,quella dello chef Francesco Oneto, della nota dinastia di ristoratori. Buona carta vini, improntata su cantine regionali. Servizio gentile, preparato, presente ed esaustivo, guidato da un bravissimo, disponibile e preparato direttore di sala. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, nota a latere di plauso , una modernissima toilette No gender, che indica l evoluzione sociale di una attività imprenditoriale.
