I went for dinner to Sole and Luna, the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the linguine al pesto, followed by the scallopini with artichokes and mozzarella, both were fantastic. The torta della nonna, a creamy pine nut tart, was the perfect finishing touch. Great wine, along with attentive and genuinely friendly staff, made my experience even better. I will definitely visit again when in Rome.

Everything was lovely. Friendly...quiet...clean. A homey feel. Excellent food. Really pleasant atmosphere...I've been back twice and will be back again.

Went for lunch. Nice and clean place, but the tables were too close together. Reasonable price. The pasta with chickpeas and artichokes were good, but the potatoes were undercooked. The strips of focaccia instead of bread were excellent. The lady at the cash register was not very friendly. But one thing that really embarrassed me was the foreign waiter standing off to the side, who kept staring at me with a half-smile, so much so that I had to point it out. I was alone. I don't consider this behavior to put customers at ease. I would have expected an apology or at least an explanation. Instead, I left with complete indifference! As if that kind of behavior were normal and I shouldn't be taken into consideration in the slightest.

Simply superb! The food is fantastic! In addition to the regular menu, they offer a great variety of daily specials. The tiramisu is divine! 🤤 On both visits, we were seated only among locals! The staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it!

I came from Portugal to spend my holidays in Italy, a country I love passionately. I passed by this street and decided to stay. To taste, enjoy and adore everything that was served. The service was very warm, I don't speak Italian but there was no language barrier! I highly recommend it. 5 stars is not enough! Everything was very good 🙂‍↕️🇵🇹📍🇮🇹 Thank you!

An excellent restaurant, a gem in a quiet neighborhood. No frills, a small, trattoria-style space, and quick, friendly service. The Roman cuisine is very well prepared. I had the amatriciana, which was perfectly balanced, with a harmonious blend of flavors and not at all heavy. The varied menu is worth trying again and again.

09/05/2026: My absolute favorite discovery during my Roman vacation — and that says a lot for a city full of incredible food. This place is a hidden gem: quiet, intimate, and refreshingly unpretentious. The service is attentive without being overbearing, and the menu is a beautiful journey through Italian cuisine with something wonderful for every mood. The wine selection alone is worth the visit. But the real star? The lasagna. Honest, soul-warming, and unforgettable — exactly the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes after the first bite. Do not leave without trying it. Rome stole a piece of my heart, and so did this restaurant. I am already dreaming of the day I get to walk through those doors again. ✨🍷
07/05/2026: Every year when I come to Ristorante Virginiae, I look forward to it all over again. The food is simply incredibly delicious – authentic Roman cuisine, bursting with flavor and prepared with so much love. The ravioli and artichokes, in particular, are always an absolute highlight. On top of that, there's a fantastic, relaxed, and easygoing atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. Everyone is warm, friendly, and cheerful – you can tell right away that they work with passion. A very special thank you to Silvano for his good humor, his good cheer, and above all, his attentive service 😊 A place you'll always want to return to.

Ripa 12

09/05/2026: Today I ate at Ripa 12 in Trastevere, recommended by a friend. Here are a few points: 1. First-class hospitality 2. Very well-organized tables 3. Menus featuring the freshest seafood 4. Maximum professionalism and courtesy of the service 5. Excellently cooked food 6. Prices are very reasonable, compared to those of high-end restaurants. Thank you for the hospitality and, above all, for the good food, which is not easy to find in Rome's historic center. I recommend it; it's truly worth it. I'll gladly return. Thank you for everything. I forgot, the desserts are exceptional, all homemade. RIPA POETRY OF TASTE
