We had linguines with pesto and beef warps with tomato sauce. The pesto was so fresh and home made and the beef was so soft. Both dishes were delicious, Bounissimo! The owners are very friendly and there were locals who also went there for hangouts, very nice local people with cute dog, Pongo, to play with! Highly recommended to have a local Roman food..

There are some restaurants that don't try to seduce you. They simply wait for you to walk through the door. From the street, Sole e Luna could almost go unnoticed. A discreet facade, nothing that demands attention. And then suddenly, everything changes. A genuine smile. An attentiveness that can't be learned. This rare way of taking care of you without ever making you feel like you're being waited on. Even before the plates arrive, a still-warm focaccia is placed on the table. A simple gesture, but one that immediately sets the tone. Here, they take the time to welcome you. The dish follows the same path. The polpette find that delicate balance between indulgence and lightness, the one that so many others strive for but never achieve. No one seems to be in a rush. You're left to finish your meal, chat, watch the street go by. This silence between the main course and dessert is also part of the experience. Then comes an affogato, seemingly simple, but perfectly balanced in the Roman heat: the cold, the coffee, time slowing down. As we leave, the limoncello seems almost inevitable. The cover charge, however, is a restraint that has become almost anachronistic. We leave the table with this now almost exceptional feeling: that of having been welcomed rather than simply received. Sixty euros for two. In a city where you sometimes pay a fortune for the decor, here, it's the soul that's included in the bill.

Wonderful little neighborhood restaurant! The atmosphere is family-friendly, full of locals. The dishes are traditional and masterfully executed, plus there's always a selection of daily specials. We tried a fantastic carbonara and a vaccinara dish that literally fell off the bone—delicious. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to offer advice. 100% recommended!!

We stopped by accidentally on our way to the city center and loved everything about that place! The staff was very kind and polite. We had a quick lunch and LOVED the food. The Cacio&Pepe pasta was outstanding and not too much and heavy. Very (!) reasonable! We would come back anytime.
