An excellent trattoria for courtesy, service, and, of course, dishes, with a rest area 450 meters away, convenient for an overnight stop. Spectacular and delicious dishes: homemade casoncelli, chestnut gnocchi, taragna polenta and strachitunt with eggs, donkey stew with taragna polenta and sautéed porcini mushrooms. Apple pie. Definitely worth a try.

A quick lunch to save time on our motorcycle tour. Excellent polenta taragna accompanied by incredibly tender pork cheek. Friendly, friendly, and fast service.

We had dinner here after visiting the San Pellegrino spa. The lady who served us was very kind and explained/suggested the dishes. The polenta is truly superb. Fair prices. We'll definitely return.

Working in the restaurant business isn't for everyone. This fact is emphasized and becomes even more significant when you meet staff like those employed at Dentella. I use "staff" generically because I wasn't sure who owned it, but everyone who worked there fully met all the characteristics a restaurant worker should possess: kindness, promptness, problem-solving skills, and friendliness. And let's not even talk about the food; every single dish I was lucky enough to try was exceptional. It showed dedication and passion. Not least the desserts, each one better than the last. A wonderful experience that I immediately repeated and will repeat again when I'm back in the area. Congratulations!
