23/09/2025: A small but very well-organized restaurant with a terrace in front of the restaurant offering a fascinating view of the valley. Typical Ligurian mountain food, very well cooked and presented. The menu changes regularly, with a daily extra on the blackboard. Good prices.

11/11/2025: I could basically replicate Mr. Tiziano's review from a month ago... it's part of the service that took 22 minutes before anyone asked us if we wanted the wine list and what we'd like to eat. Of everything served, I found the mortadella and the filling very good, the spugnolata memorable, and the beef amazing even though its appearance would have led one to believe otherwise. Everything else wasn't exciting, including the erbazzone with filling, which is delicious, but the pasta used to make it was dry and tasteless... obviously, eating badly is a whole other story, but honestly, I don't think I'd return. On a positive note, the wine list is practically like the Divine Comedy, and the prices seemed very fair to me.

31/10/2025: Lovely restaurant, cozy, and delicious food. Not so suitable for vegetarians!

25/10/2025: The quality and quantity of the dishes were excellent: chitarra pasta with porcini mushrooms and pici with chanterelles, sausage and chopped hazelnuts as a first course, and a pan-fried porcini mushrooms with potatoes as a second course. The flavors were all very balanced. The only downside was that we ordered two glasses of wine, which didn't even reflect the amount we sampled. Other than that, everything was very good.

25/10/2025: Great for an aperitif or later. The cocktails are very good, as are the wines. The tapas plate served with it is varied and generous. The service is super friendly and the atmosphere is great. It's easy to chat with your neighbors! Expect to pay €8/€10 per glass.

06/10/2025: The spaghetti alla carbonara di lago with smoked tench was good, the freshwater cod with char and fried polenta was excellent, I would have liked it better with soft polenta, if you are in the area I recommend it.

26/09/2025: I believe that true skill in the restaurant business lies not in surprising with an exceptional evening, but rather in consistency, coupled with the rare ability to offer new offerings that don't leave you longing for comfort. That feeling of being at home, knowing you won't be disappointed, that there at FUOCO 26, there will always be the highest level of attention and care, both in the food and in the customer relationship. I've returned several times and am always amazed. In a carefully curated setting that seems frozen in time, there's a gastronomic buzz that brings pleasure. And no less important is the staff, capable, courteous, and attentive, who always give the feeling that we were truly expected. Welcome back... thank you, and welcome back every time.
