04/10/2025: The best of the best. I don't often go out for breakfast, but when I do, I go to Caffè Neri, and it never disappoints. Excellent pastries, especially the cream puff pastry. They have a nice selection of sweet and small pastries, and the savory ones are also very good. The staff are kind, friendly, and always smiling, which definitely gets them points. I definitely recommend it.

17/09/2025: Both in the savoury and sweet dishes, tradition is found with the maximum exaltation of flavours... among the savoury dishes, the delicious schiacciate filled with seasoned cold cuts and among the wonderful sweets, the cremini, the scendiletto and the cream croissants as well as the sfogliatine... describing these flavours in words is truly reductive.

05/10/2025: The interior, overlooking the garden, is very pleasant overall, but I would have used fewer fake plants. The dishes are well-prepared. The €4 service charge is really high. The area with animals and a vegetable garden is very pretty.

23/09/2025: I've been to Osteria Il Portico in Monticello and can't recommend it highly enough. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with attention to detail, and a touch of elegance that makes you feel instantly at home. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to recommend dishes and pairings with great professionalism. The cuisine is spectacular: the freshest ingredients, refined yet authentic dishes, presented with taste and passion. Every course was a surprise, from appetizer to dessert, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. The carefully selected wine list is also excellent. A place that combines tradition and quality, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a special occasion. I'll definitely be back, because not everyone can find such a high standard! Congratulations to the entire staff, an unforgettable experience! 👏🍷🍝

20/09/2025: We got eggplant involtini, mushroom risotto and a pizza with eggplant and sausage. The involtini and risotto were both really good but the pizza was the star of the show and is highly recommended. This seems like a place for any occasion whether it's a date or just a family dinner. Service was also great and friendly. Shout-out to Enzo!

03/10/2025: We stayed at Masseria Costa for three days and had a wonderful time. Even though we had special dietary needs, they readily offered us customized options, which we greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional, the room was lovely, and the staff were truly wonderful. We can't wait to return!

04/09/2025: A place you can't go wrong!! We've been going there often now, and every time is like the first. Everything is excellent, the place is cozy, even if a little small, but that's part of its beauty. Large pizzas, and you can order two flavors at once, or a giant four-flavor pizza to share. A huge selection of pizzas, supplì, and fried foods in general!! We were also lucky enough to try the fried porchetta 🔝😋 Not to mention the desserts, especially the tiramisu with Nutella and cinnamon!!! We'll be back soon! P.S. RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED well in advance!

YOU CAN SERVE THE ICE CREAM BY YOURSELF, ADDING CHOCOLATES OF VARIOUS FLAVORS AND SYRUPS. THERE IS ANOTHER OUTLET IN LUCCA. THE OWNER IS HELPFUL AND KIND. THE PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT; IT DESERVES ALL FIVE STARS.

13/09/2025: I've been coming to Pecchiarda for 40 years and immediately noticed the change of pace. The menu features gourmet dishes. The already lovely place is well-maintained, and the renovations that were underway are about to expand with a new veranda. The wait staff is extremely friendly, and the prices are reasonable. However, in the end, what we ate didn't live up to expectations. The dishes definitely need improvement (stringozzi with too much oil, too much garlic, and sour tomato, game mousse with too much vinegar, pine nut ice cream, and grainy salted caramel). The house wine is good. Good luck.

11/09/2025: We took a short break and sat on the terrace. From here, you can catch our first glimpse of the earth pyramids. The friendly owner clearly puts her heart and soul into her job. Great view and great service. We really enjoyed it.

09/09/2025: A great café with very friendly service at the beginning of the trail to the Earth Pyramids. Delicious homemade cake (I've never eaten such a delicious cheesecake before)! Definitely stop there for a break; they also offer light snacks. We'd love to go back!

13/09/2025: We visited for the first time this evening, and their passion for what they do shines through in their way of describing their work. The quality of the product is high, as they use many of their own ingredients, which are seasonal. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. A treat we'll definitely be repeating.
