A truly beautiful and refined restaurant. The outdoor courtyard is stunning, making it feel like you're out of town when in reality you're just steps from the center. Excellent food, with many truly original options, for both risotto lovers and non-risotto lovers like myself. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms were spotless despite the restaurant being busy, with complimentary toiletries such as deodorant, shoe polish, and hair gel in the men's room—a touch of class and pampering. The quality/price ratio is excellent. A top-notch experience! Congratulations!

A brilliant risotto restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Very nicely decorated. The staff are really friendly and speak excellent English (even though I tried to place my order in Italian). Risotto lovers will find a fantastic selection. You can tell that risotto is the owner’s favourite dish. Highly recommended!

An experience worth trying; don't think they only serve risottos, they're exceptional. They serve local cuisine. With meat, cured meats, and cheeses. So if you want to spend a lovely evening, have dinner in a modern restaurant with a distinctive character, a place with a heart. Go to the risotteria. We had three exceptional risottos, delicious. We had appetizers with cured meats, cheeses, and fried polenta. Delicious. High-quality cured meats. The cheese is equally delicious, not to mention the wine cellar, which boasts over three hundred labels, including still whites, reds, sparkling wines, and fortified wines, for all tastes and all ages. Their homemade giardiniera is exceptional, and the grilled vegetables are delicious. We want to go back to try the meat cuts, including the tagliata, the shank, and so on. I can't tell you the whole menu here because you'd have to go to the risotteria, open that menu, and be spoiled for choice with so many options. They have delicious ones. We finished with the rice cake. The sbrogiolona with zabaglione cream and the coffees. Come on, I can say it was an exceptional evening. Kudos to the service to the guys who served us, because they were all truly excellent. I can say it's a place worth trying, but above all, if you try it, you'll be back because one time isn't enough to try everything. I recommend it, I recommend it, I recommend it. Unfortunately, I haven't taken any photos yet because I didn't have my phone with me, but I'll definitely be back, as I have already done, and take pictures of everything.

Excellent selection of risottos, both seasonal and fixed. The appetizer of mixed cured meats with fried polenta & Co. is the pinnacle of pornofood. Fast and courteous service, good value for money.

GREAT PLACE TO EAT, I'D GIVE IT A 9 OUT OF 10. Super efficient and friendly service. Very good food, and the atmosphere still needs improvement. Prices are a bit high. Recommended!
