I don't leave reviews often, but!! This is the best place, very tasty pizza and risotto. I recommend to everyone. Fast service and pleasant atmosphere.

The pizza is good but, with equal sincerity, I believe that the management of the owners should be a little more careful. Steps that the place was remedied for a reservation for a greater number of diners but the rush, first implicitly with the rapid removal of the dishes from the table (a prize for whoever finished first?), and then with a direct request to leave the seats don't seem like a good idea to me. We would have gladly tolerated the loud stadium shouting of some diners but this, obviously, does not depend on the managers.

Dalle pizze cotte col forno rotativo,ai primi piatti,passando per il non stop secondi,finendo ai dolci,tutto veramente buono e molto fast sulle portate

10/02/2024: The place is small, the service is very fast, clean, kind at the counter, the characteristic of the place is that all the dishes already cooked can be viewed before ordering... you practically eat with your eyes... very low prices... trattoria from other times...recommended if you want to eat well without pomp

La Casa di Cocò - Podere dell'Etna Segreta

02/04/2024: Place immersed in the Biancavilla countryside among vines and olive trees. The dining room is very nice, a mix of rustic and elegance. Unfortunately I wasn't convinced by the lunch. The appetizer lives up to expectations more or less, the tastings are particular and refined. In one of the first, the parcel, the dough was raw at the ends; really a shame because the toppings were good. The second course of meat is not bad, the scottona presented itself well, soft and cooked to perfection. The dessert was poor, the cream puffs were dry/dry and with very little cream. So I believe that the place has great potential but the cuisine needs to be improved in many aspects, from the quality of the dishes to the almost ceremonial times. There can be an initial wait of half an hour but then two and a half hours from the first course to the dessert, no! Sufficient quality/price ratio.
