A truly wonderful experience. First of all, the setting is magnificent; dining in the courtyard is pure bliss—beautiful, authentic, and full of flavor. The menu itself is equally delightful. Three daily specials featuring ultra-fresh ingredients, and then a selection of well-executed, flavorful, and superbly presented à la carte dishes. The wine list is also excellent; the Sicilian rosé from Mount Etna is a pure marvel—fresh and perfectly crafted. The only downside is that you need to book well in advance, but that's the price of success.

Great authentic Sicilian food and a lovely atmosphere. The service was friendly, but our order was mixed up a few times and some things were forgotten. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we’d happily come back.

Manna was a highlight of our Sicily holiday. The food was some of the best we've ever had. The service and atmosphere were also top-notch! I highly recommend it to everyone!!

Not only a beautiful place, but the food was amazing too! We really enjoyed the saffron risotto and are still talking about the crema ice cream. The surprise with dessert for my birthday made it extra special!

Such a nice gem just a short way in from the main road and the coast. We were lucky they could fix us a table even though we took a chance turning up without a reservation. And the service and especially the atmosphere was top notch. The kind you expect Sicily and Italy to be. Got some extra small treats that we didn't expect and felt really pampered. Very nice food and if you get the chance to have their apple pie with cinnamon gelato then just go for it. So good! Would love to go there again if just to sit there with a glass of wine and enjoy the surrounding and the atmosphere. A cute detail was getting the bill in an old book.

A wonderful restaurant. From the beauty and, even more so, the kindness of the staff, to the food, which was delicious. It's definitely the restaurant I'll remember most in Sicily. PS: The pistachio semifreddo was sublime 🫠

04/07/2026: I rarely leave reviews, but this restaurant truly deserves it. Excellent service, starting with the tasting of the latest-pressed local EVO oil. The presentation of the wines and dishes was professional. The fish was incredibly fresh and the dishes were generous. To conclude, I (finally) tried the authentic Sicilian cannoli, made with ONLY ricotta and topped with pistachios and almonds.
