One Michelin star restaurant in the center of Castelfranco Veneto, a few steps from the walls. Location in a very beautiful period building with internal parking. We were guests for Easter lunch. Everything excellent, welcome, menu, service. A special mention to the egg filled with salted zabaglione and bruscandoli, an explosion of taste in the mouth. Top.

We wanted to try a new restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised starting from the location where the atmosphere is very quiet with the staff and chef Nicola Dinato welcoming and friendly. All its refinement lies in the essentiality of the furnishings, where every detail is taken care of. The dishes are representative of a creative cuisine but at the same time with flavors and healthy ingredients of the best Venetian tradition. The courses are carefully presented and explained to enhance the sensory experience. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

in Castelfranco Veneto adjacent to the historic center this place won us over with its refined cuisine, modern in the presentation of the dishes but which recalls tradition in the use of carefully chosen products. Some also ownly produced, with the recovery of ancient and little-known plants. An end of year dinner that we will remember. All the dishes would each require a detailed description, but the calamarata and the saddle of venison definitely delighted us. Finally a wine list worthy of being called a story. Congratulations, very good.

I thoroughly enjoyed dining at this marvellous restaurant. The food was sublime and the service impeccable. We went for the Anima set menu.

The restaurant setup was simple but welcoming: soft lights, elegant Christmas decorations and subtle music that created a welcoming and festive atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, transforming the venue into a true Christmas retreat. The menu proposed for Christmas lunch was a true culinary masterpiece. The dishes were a fusion of tradition and innovation, with refined flavors that tantalized my palate and left me speechless. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured that each course was carefully presented and explained in detail. Well done. Starting with the starter, I immediately realized that I was faced with cuisine of the highest level. From the main course, followed by the other courses, all exceptional with equally delicious accompaniments. Excellent wines. But the real surprise came with dessert. I particularly appreciated the homemade panettone, with its sweet and delicate flavored raisins. Exceptional. In conclusion, this Christmas lunch was an unforgettable culinary experience. Atmosfera dal gusto essenziale e accogliente, con chef e personale molto socievole e appassionato. Abbiamo provato il menù degustazione "Anima" (piatti a sorpresa), con abbinamenti molto divertenti e inaspettati. Abbiamo apprezzato tutti i piatti, e non siamo usciti con fame. Assolutamente consigliato!
