I was invited last night by a friend to this restaurant run by Chef Nicola Dinato. I often treat myself to dinner at fine dining restaurants, and I must say it was a truly pleasant discovery. A spectacular location with an open kitchen and a chef's table on the ground floor. The cuisine is creative, showcasing fresh, simple ingredients, transforming them into surprising dishes without ever compromising on authenticity. We chose their Anima menu, a surprise menu created by the chef. Honorable mention goes to the Paccheri with sea urchins and their truly sublime risotto. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, while the service from the young man in the dining room was truly professional and elegant, but above all, he made you feel immediately at ease. Considering the level of experience, the quality/price ratio is truly excellent. This restaurant is absolutely worth a visit. Thanks to all the kitchen and dining room staff!

The scampi risotto with busera sauce is simply phenomenal, rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. To finish, the Tiramigiù, a truly out-of-this-world reinterpretation of the dessert. Kudos also to the restaurant manager Alberto, whose impeccable food and wine pairings made each course even more special, and to Sous Chef Eric, whose work contributes to making the entire experience exceptional. Kudos to the entire staff! We'll be back.

Exceptional experience. My wife and I chose the Anima menu, paired with wines. Everything was expertly prepared. Excellent food and wine pairings. Attentive and friendly staff. We'll be back.

This place is amazing! I visited during lunch and I was immediately impressed by the upscale but cozy atmosphere and friendly yet elegant service team. The food menu was curated and delicious with a wide array of wine options to pair. You must try their dessert Tiramigiù which look already interesting but when you interact with it you’ll understand the concept and thought behind each and every bite. Highly recommended for lunch for a curated experience with clients or to surprise a beloved one. For dinner you’ll have the chance to indulge in a culinary journey with chef Nicola and restaurant manager Alberto.

Excellent tasting menu (harmony). It was an incredible experience. Parking very close to the center. We parked before lunch and had an aperitif downtown. Excellent, courteous, and professional service. Compliments to everyone. Bill was €300 with four glasses of champagne.

Of everything I tasted, I especially appreciated two things: 🔸️the balance—in flavors, aromas, and textures; 🔸️the simplicity—because even ordinary ingredients can transform into extraordinary dishes when enhanced by expert hands. Officially my favorite restaurant in and around Castelfranco Veneto!
