We had the tasting menu and it was great! From the raw beef and bra sausage, to the fresh asparagus, to the 40 egg yolks pasta, the veal in barolo wine to the best panna cotta we've ever had. I can see why this place is where Slow Food started. We paired it with Verduno Pelaverga wine. It was great, the service was amazing as well and they even served us a capucino at 3pm.

We booked this restaurant for a Saturday lunch, drawn by the excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed.
Even though the restaurant was full, the service was very quick and accurate.
Top-quality products, including, of course, the Bra sausage and the braised beef in Barolo.
Excellent value for money.
Next time I'm in the Bra area, I'll definitely be back!

Perhaps the outdoor patio with the tables is a little dark; a few more lights, such as table lights, could be useful.

Our first meal in Piemonte was this gem in Bra, and we’re afraid it may have spoiled us for the rest of the trip! Fabulous lunch in the covered cobblestone patio with friendly service and fantastic food, including vitello tonatto, tajarin, gnocchi, and local antipasto.

If you want to savor the true flavors of this region, this is the place to go. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the service far exceeds expectations (it's still an osteria), the staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the value for money is truly excellent. Reservations are recommended because they're always busy (a testament to the quality of this place).

My boyfriend and I had dinner last night at this typical restaurant in Bra.
We had a truly unique and typical experience.
Starting with the splendid location, enveloped in the intoxicating scent of flowers, and then moving on to the tasting menu, which truly impressed us.
It felt like dinner at grandma's.
An honorable mention goes to Daniel, the man who explained and served the dishes to us.
His love for his work and his land shines through.

Fabulous surprise
We arrived without a reservation at 9 pm in a party of 4.
We were asked to return in 15 min.
They were kind and accommodating.
We ordered 6 portions of 3 different appetizers: 2 artichokes, 2 baccalà and 2 tartar/lard/sausage(raw)
First course: 2 gnocchi with asparagus, 2 fettucini with shrimp
Second course: rabbit
Desert chocolate pudding with crushed amaretto cookies
And a panna cotta that was to die for.
Price indicated without wine.
