Everything was impeccable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service exceeded all expectations. The staff were professional and polite; they explained each dish to you, were attentive to your every need, and gave excellent wine pairing recommendations. Highly recommended!

Small constructive criticism:
Unbeatable except for the water and coffee. €4 for a bottle of water is a bit hilarious, €4 for a coffee is even more hilarious.
But still, UNASSEMBLED.
The best steak I've ever eaten. Top-notch staff, top-notch location, nice, large parking lot, delicious bread of various kinds.

We came from Milan to try the Total Wagyu menu, highly recommended both for the taste and the variety of dishes, all beautifully presented, I might add. It ranges from a trio of appetizers to a fantastic bao, from risotto alla carbonara to three incredible cuts of wagyu, an explosion of flavors on the tongue! And I haven't mentioned all the dishes, so you'll have to discover them for yourself (and also discover how the wagyu was used in the dessert) 😉
Great professionalism from the owner, the chef (super Titti), and the wait staff.

The risottos and meats are always exceptional. Whenever I'm in the area, I always stop for a meal. The atmosphere and service are always very warm. You feel truly pampered.

One of the few places in Italy where you can find the real Kobe steak (and Kobe tartare). The pasta and antipasto selection is absolutely great, but the beef is queen here.
The staff is super friendly and absolutely welcoming. I absolutely loved the handshake when we arrived and when we left. It makes you feel like a guest and not a customer

It's difficult to place this restaurant within the Italian restaurant scene because it's a rare gem, a sort of anarchic zone, and perhaps for this very reason it deserves a visit at least once in a lifetime.
It offers four tasting menus, clearly expensive due to the raw ingredients used, and several à la carte dishes for those who want to dig deeper. We chose the "Stellar" menu (a name that made me smile, but we'll get to that later) for €170. We ate an authentic Kobe beef—which I think is almost impossible to find in Italy, except here—a risotto I'll remember for a long time, and a wagyu steak.
Desserts were included in the meal, which seemed to come from a prestigious pastry shop: I swear, as a sweet tooth, I'd return just for those, with a selection of particularly well-matched brownies and an incredible salted caramel cheesecake.
The staff was friendly, pleasant, and impeccable in their explanations.
I wasn't crazy about the outdoor location, but I must say that in the heat, the central area near the water provided some relief; the funky background music was spectacular, light and not at all annoying.
So, back to my initial thoughts: this restaurant is certainly a cut above average, but it doesn't rank among the starred ones for reasons I can't fathom. I've been to starred restaurants that were half as good as what I experienced at I Guinceri; however, I admit that, in my opinion, this restaurant doesn't need a star. It's perfect the way it is: anarchic, it offers and does what it wants, and it does it well and with a certain style. It's like the '80s disco thug who only seeks good vibes and wants to ensure everyone around him has a good night. Highly recommended.
