Total 425.50. Discount 5.50. Considerations: nice location, kind, efficient and professional service given the young age. It was worth it? Absolutely no. The meat may have come from Charlemagne's loins, but I've had much better in other, much lesser places. Evidently I made a mistake in not ordering a la carte, but it was up to them to tell me the price of the cuts. Would you do it again? No... these days someone who spends 3 figures like that when he leaves the table must feel a little ashamed and I'm not a Briatore pizza man.

Good morning, for a starter I took a trio of tartare and the waiter was told that it was "to share", given that this option is also indicated on the menu. Unfortunately, the plating of the tartares made sharing very difficult as they are served in deep cups, so you can share them by both eating from the same cup but it is difficult to move half a portion onto your own plate. The fillet with delicious potatoes and excellent quality wine. The list of desserts is, in my opinion, senselessly long. Unfortunately I believe that the pleasantness of my experience was greatly affected by the service. The waiter took confidences that were not part of his role and that we had not given him, making jokes about the tastes and needs of two pregnant women sitting at our table and appearing annoyed at the wait necessary to find out the details of the dishes to understand if the latter could eat them. The boy also had the presumption of wanting to tell us the desserts from memory, despite not having the lexical and explanatory skills, an experience that after 10 minutes had become agony and some of us chose the dessert at random just to put an end to it. All things considered, the final price of around 60 euros per person seemed expensive to me. I believe that the very high quality of the ingredients you offer must be accompanied by a more attentive and adequate service to justify this price. Best regards.

Magnificent experience, in every respect, pampered from when we arrived to when we left. Ideal for meat lovers

There aren't many words to say other than EXCEPTIONAL. Right from the start they made us feel pampered and appreciated. Both Fabrizio (the owner) and Stefano (the waiter), like all the waiters they were always very present throughout our lunch. They advised us on everything, from wine to dishes. They welcomed us with a welcome aperitif, and then followed with the presentation of the meat we had chosen. We took a Gran Antipasto Guinceri, Lingotto di Vicciola with hazelnuts and the Lingotto di Kobe. Each course was an explosion of flavours. The Kobe meat was super appreciated, truly exceptional. We then finished with two desserts that were also phenomenal. Prices perfectly in line with the quality of both the service and the food.

We came from Rome on Saturday evening to try Via di Guinceri. The reality far exceeded our expectations which were already very high. Outside the restaurant there is a fairly large car park and inside everything is really taken care of down to the smallest detail. We felt truly at home and above all pampered from start to finish thanks to the friendly, impeccable and patient service. A real experience, we started with a rosé, two entrées offered by the restaurant, the menu we had chosen - 3-course Kobe menu - consisting of an appetizer, a first course and a second course, an offered pre-dessert and a dessert . There are no words to describe the flavors and the care with which these dishes were prepared, I can only say that it was a unique journey and one that I would do again and again because of how much it left its mark. What we took: To drink: - VDG aperitif - San Bernardo water - Canenero beer Kobe menu 3 courses each - Kobe bread with kobe jamon - Carnaroli risotto in kobe carbonara - Kobe striploin cut The sweets: - Oops...my cheesecake broke - VDG lemon sorbet (not present in the photo) In total we spent 310 euros and they gave us a very small discount, a very honest price. And I can assure you that you will leave the place: full, satisfied and with the desire to return as soon as possible as happened to us! Absolutely recommended.🫶🏼💓

Restaurant for meat lovers, in the form of ragù but above all fine steak. I recommend taking a second course rather than a first course, the pasta we took, although good, we didn't think was worth the price. However, I was very happy to have stopped by them, excellent service. In addition to having very kind and friendly staff, very attentive to the customer, we were pampered between one course and another with the house's gifts: a pre-starter cream soup, different types of flavored bread, pre-sweet pastry and various biscuits for the coffee. I also recommend crepe suzette there. If the staff ever reads, I will write the criticisms specifically here, for the purpose of improvement: Patanegra carbonara too salty - Kobe millefeuille tasted little, a tastier sauce would have been better -Very good platter, especially the croissant with sausage, the best I've ever eaten, perhaps it should be improved. However, I find that the burrata didn't make much sense put there like that.

Seconda volta in questo locale e valutazione simile. Cerco sempre una riprova per capire se ci sono conferme in positivo o negativo. Non apprezzo molto i ristoranti dove i proprietari oste spingono, senza menù, a fare degli assaggi dove puntualmente arrivano le salassate....e così è...
