A very interesting place. The atmosphere is casual, and the food and wine are delicious. I highly recommend it.

This is, without a doubt my favorite restaurant. Not only in Sicily, but in Europe. The combination of taste, friendlyness and character is what it makes it so special. (The old location, too, when you used to sit on the charming market of Ortigia - I cannot wait to see the new place!). First time here, we came round lunchtime without Reservation. They made room for us and the feast began: ceviche, tartar and fritti di Mare - all perfect and delicious! A true seafood treat! On repeated ocasions I ate the monk fish ragout and grilled whole fish and tartare again and again. Wine: Two of their wine suggestions became highlight of my personal wine cellar, both are Grillo (which, of course go well with fish). And both come with a recall of Ortigia market even if I am 1000 miles away. La Lisca is magic to me.

The restaurant has changed location, but not its culinary philosophy or quality: everything is as excellent as ever, from appetizers to desserts. Undoubtedly, among the best in Syracuse, far from the chaotic hustle and bustle of Ortigia. The atmosphere is intimate, elegant, and welcoming, the owners attentive and extremely kind, and the staff impeccable. It's a confirmation every time, even after a while. And La Lisca has never disappointed.

Light lunch with a very well-priced menu offering! The mixed crudo offered a variety of the freshest local seafood. The staff was also very kind to help place our Spaghettoni in half portions for two as we intended to share the dish. The red shrimp paired with the smoked butter was absolutely divine. Great spot for amazing seafood! 🦐

The service is on point, I’d recommend getting a Corbonara and a reservation. We didn’t have one but luckily the service is really on point here. He has to wait only 10-15 minutes to get seated. The wine is great.

The quality of the ingredients is excellent! Francesco and his entire staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional! We enjoyed dinner so much that we came back the next day for lunch!

The atmosphere is pleasant and discreet, almost intimate considering the limited seating. Good food, thanks in part to the quality ingredients. Quantities could be improved, especially the raw fish dish, which is a bit too tight, especially considering the price.
Service is fast (even too fast) and professional, without being intrusive. Definitely worth trying again.
