I'd like to share with you my enthusiastic experience at the delightful "Ncopp a Terra," located at Via Solfatara 131. This restaurant is a true celebration of Neapolitan cuisine, bringing back to life the traditional dishes our grandmothers prepared with love and dedication.
Among the specialties, I had the pleasure of tasting an extraordinary "genovese" with broken ziti, which melted in my mouth, and a scarpariello that exceeded my expectations for its richness of flavor. The appetizers are a true triumph: from the typical cuoppo, which includes panzerotti, arancini, and potato croquettes, to grandma's meatballs with ragù, every bite is a journey through the authentic flavors of Naples.
A must-try is the stuffed cabbage roll, a traditional dish that never disappoints. The fried cod and sausage with broccoli rabe also deserve a special mention for their freshness and perfect balance of flavors.
For a sweet end, the homemade desserts are a must: from the classic tiramisu to the surprising chocolate caprese, each dessert is the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.
