Spectacular service even just for the education and courtesy of all the staff! Baracca is always and I always say a guarantee without a doubt!!! For any occasion, a big party or a simple dinner! They please everyone and find solutions for everyone! Exceptional quality/price!

It is located in a beautiful farmhouse dispersed in the heart of uncontaminated nature, which makes it the perfect place for those seeking tranquility and a bit of peace. We particularly appreciated the availability of gluten-free dishes, including pasta, which is always a positive surprise. The staff is very attentive, and you can see that they care a lot about the quality of the service. It was a very authentic experience, with dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. A place that exudes passion for cooking and nature, ideal for a break away from the frenzy.

03/05/2025: A corner of paradise between nature and authentic flavours A magical place surrounded by greenery, with attention to all aspects: from the external garden to the interiors which convey warmth and authenticity. The welcome was impeccable: the staff, always smiling, were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. The queen of the evening was undoubtedly the Florentine: cooked to perfection, tender, tasty and served with passion. An experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to savor the real Tuscany, not only at the table, but also in the human warmth and beauty of the place. We will definitely be back!

19/04/2025: Ci sono luoghi che non si limitano a sfamare, ma raccontano. Panacea è uno di questi: un ristorante che intreccia la cura per la materia prima con una sensibilità narrativa rara. Dopo due visite – una a marzo e l’altra in occasione di una Cena con il delitto (18/04/2025)– posso dire che qui si viene non solo per cenare, ma per essere coinvolti. L’ambiente, raccolto sotto volte di pietra e reso intimo da lucine sospese è come un piccolo rifugio sensoriale. Lo staff accompagna con garbo, mai invadente, sempre presente. La cucina è un esercizio di stile e sostanza: piatti pensati come haiku gastronomici, dove ogni elemento ha un senso preciso. Panacea è un nome che evoca una cura universale. Qui, forse, la cura è quella per i dettagli, per la bellezza non ostentata, per il piacere lento. Un ristorante che non si limita a riempire i piatti, ma sa raccontare storie. Ci tornerò con piacere.

16/03/2025: Locale rustico ed elegante allo stesso modo. Un giusto mix di classe e genuinità. Il tagliere misto era abbondante e di qualità in tutti i suoi ingredienti. La pasta e fagioli, un piatto che mi ha fatto tornare indietro di 40 anni a tavola con i miei nonni. Il risotto della tradizione della bassa veronese idem. Ogni piatto ti fa tornare indietro agli anni 70 ed 80. Sapori che resteranno in noi per sempre. Il vino rosso della casa, cabernet, fresco e profumato. Servizio al top. Daniele passa tra i tavoli...ci tiene.

12/04/2025: Today we had the privilege of having lunch at La Macina, in San Marco d’Alunzio, in the charming Secilia — and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate something so special: our anniversary. From the moment we arrived at 12:30 p.m. until we left at 3 p.m., everything was simply perfect. La Macina is more than a restaurant — it’s an invitation to slow down, enjoy good food, toast with an excellent wine and chat without rushing, with a light heart. Every dish we were served was an explosion of flavor and care, from the beginning to the dessert. But what really made our experience unique was the warmth with which we were welcomed. The owner himself sat at our table, shared the beautiful history of the restaurant, which has been delighting its customers for 25 years, and made us feel at home. We chose La Macina as a birthday present — and we left with much more than we expected: a special moment, full of authenticity, flavor and human warmth. Our sincere thanks for providing us with this unforgettable experience. It was, without a doubt, the best gift we could have received.
