03/09/2025: I loved it; the food was excellent: probably the best Japanese restaurant I've ever been to. The atmosphere was elegant, although I missed being able to see the chef at work, as the dishes were truly on another level. In my opinion, it would be even more beautiful aesthetically without the large window blocking the view of the kitchen. The fact that there are options for celiacs and vegetarians is a huge plus. The young chef brings a touch of enthusiasm and freshness that lightens the atmosphere, and I really appreciated it. The waiter who served us was probably very busy and a bit distracted: when we asked about the special of the day and said no because it contained an ingredient I couldn't eat, we still found ourselves charged for it without it being served. I didn't have any complaints out of elegance and respect, especially since the bill isn't brought to the table but is paid directly at the counter, and I don't think it's polite to check each item at that moment. Overall, an excellent experience. 5/5.

10/08/2025: I've had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant twice, and they were both magnificent experiences!!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!! Excellent staff, knowledgeable, hospitable, and polite! (Something not to be underestimated) They're always ready to offer advice and understand what you might like! Wide selection on the menu, excellent quality of everything! Very welcoming, quiet, and clean location!

02/09/2025: We visited Trattoria Margherita during our trip to Umbria and were thrilled! The restaurant is welcoming, rustic, and meticulously maintained, with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. We enjoyed traditional Umbrian dishes, all prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients: from tortelloni with sausage and truffle to pappardelle with wild boar, every course was rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. The homemade desserts were the icing on the cake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always attentive and ready to offer the best recommendations. The value for money was also excellent, especially considering the quality and generous portions. A truly authentic place, where the cuisine speaks for itself. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a true Umbrian food and wine experience!

30/08/2025: A late August day, rain, and Trattoria Margherita. Jonathan, one of the two partners, undoubtedly knows what he's doing. The location is delightful, rustic yet elegant and well-kept. We skip the appetizer because the truffles are calling, so we order ciriole (fresh homemade pasta) with truffles and gnocchi with mutton sauce. The first courses are plentiful and high-quality, Jonathan follows us, giving us advice, then the second courses... extra-tender tagliata with salt and oil, and the tartufata, scrambled eggs with truffles and baked potatoes that are a delight for the palate: grilled first and then baked. Two glasses of wine to accompany, and to finish, the Italian dessert of childhood: zuppa inglese! Stop in Strettura, Trattoria la Margherita. In winter, the large fireplace will captivate and enchant you... even if the quality of the raw materials reigns supreme, and life will be more beautiful!

26/06/2025: Well-rated restaurant despite the unfriendly welcome from the owner. We felt like we were intruding; he seemed overwhelmed by the arrival of customers. Fortunately, the staff is much more attentive than the owner. The pinse are good but not exceptional, and the value for money is relatively good.

The culinary offerings are very interesting, with refined interpretations of traditional local dishes, from appetizers to dessert. The wine list is adequate for even the most discerning palates: in fact, an entire list is dedicated to champagne.

15/07/2025: A wonderful experience, a very charming place, not too big, but with a lot of passion from the owner. I ate a mix of meat and vegetables. Everything was delicious, masterful in the use of spices. Just the right amount of heat. Eating with your hands is pleasant. A return to the origins is a way of perceiving very interesting flavors and textures. What can I say? Definitely recommended for those who want to try something new, without too many frills, but only substance and quality. The coffee is definitely worth trying; another incredible journey.

31/08/2025: Today I had the special opportunity to be in Bargino. There are several excellent restaurants in Bargino. Today we had a fantastic meal at the wonderful Riniccio restaurant, owned by the Antinori family, where we enjoyed delicious regional food. Very friendly, competent service, excellent handmade desserts, a unique view, and a dreamy atmosphere!
