We had a super visit to the Minardi family vineyard in Frascati. We were warmly welcomed by Paola, our informative and friendly translator, on arrival at Frascati train station and taken to the vineyard. We had great fun learning how to make three types of pasta after which we sat in the sunshine tasting amazing Frascati wine and enjoying the most beautiful view. We were served a tasty lunch, including the pasta we had made and lots more delicious wine, in a lovely setting in the farmhouse. A great experience and definitely the best day of our 5 day stay in Rome.

Amazing experience! Truly a family style farm with neat and fun people running the tour. Everyone was very kind, even with our 3 year old toddler, and this tour was one of the highlights of our whole trip. I would recommend to anyone thinking about it! Thank you Alfredo and Nico!

An amazing experience lead by wonderful host. Originally planned on taking the pasta class but ended up doing a pizza making class with the winery tour and tasting of course and had a blast. The chef was funny yet helpful and our host (sorry forgot the name but he was on Sardegna and a neighbor/family friend of owners) was the best! By the end everyone was filled with carbs and wine, which is the best way to spend the day. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

We visited the Minardi Winery Turing our trip to Italy and absolutely loved it! We did the pizza making plus Olive Oil & wine tasting class, and it was a blast. The family that runs the winery is very friendly and welcoming. From the very start of booking our trip, they helped guide us through the train ride down to the winery and arranged to pick us up at the station as well. They do offer their wine and olive oil for sale to take with you, and with the wine, if you buy a larger amount, they will even ship it directly to you. If you're looking for a great experience for wine, olive oil and pizza you have to visit this place. Guaranteed, you will not be let down!

First time at the Winery best experience ever. Everyone was so nice and teaching us about the wine and town. If your in Rome you most try this tour.
