Michelle, our guide, was sensational! Been with the family owned vineyard for 17 years. 13 in our group and she treated us like family. Knew her vineyard and historical value to the region.

This was just amazing. We were a separate group of 18 people who were all very happy. We were picked up in Frascati by Michelle who is incredibly knowledgeable and nice and who was with us the whole time and translated into English when needed. We made pasta which we ate for lunch and with wine tasting and a tour of the farm this was a perfect combination. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable experience! We took the cooking class and wine tasting and thoroughly enjoyed it. We want to thank Nico and Ana for their hospitality. We highly recommend visiting this place if you're in the area.

The best tour! Thank you Umberto, Nico, Anna and Tony for making one of our favorite memories from Italy! You can’t go to Italy without making pasta and tasting wine straight from the vine! This is the place to go for sure! We had so much fun and truly felt welcomed and part of a famiglia here✨🍷

Had a fantastic experience on this tour. The guide (whose name I can't remember - she was English) was brilliant. The tour of the town was very interesting. She was very knowledgeable about the wine. First stop was a tavern for wine and cheese which were delicious. After the tour of the town, there was a tour of the vineyard followed by wine tasting. Then a delicious lunch with more wine. I'm vegetarian and there was no problem providing me with an option every bit as good as the meat eaters got.

I bought this tour for someone who works with me as a gift on their honeymoon and they simply loved it and said it was the highlight of their trip to Italy, thank you for making their time so special!

Our experience at Minardi Winery was, hands down, one of the best we have had while traveling! We highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking to learn about their fabulous wines and how to make delicious pasta. Our tour guide was charming and the chef was an exceptional teacher. Minardi’s location high above Rome in the scenic and historic hills of Frascati was lovely and a quiet escape from the craziness of Rome. We were delighted when the owner of the winery, Umberto, came and shared the history of his vineyard. All in all, it was an exceptional experience and it’s something every visitor to Rome should consider.
