Gelateria Al Polo in Parma recently changed management, and I must say that the experience was surprisingly positive. The guys who now run it are extremely good and friendly. You can immediately perceive their commitment and passion for the work they do. The ice cream is simply delicious, with a variety of flavors to satisfy every palate. I particularly appreciated that they offer lactose-free options, which is a plus for those with food intolerances. The guy in charge of making the ice cream is truly dedicated to his job, and this is reflected in the quality and impeccable consistency of the product. My partner and I had a pleasant time, enjoying not only the ice cream but also the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. Gelateria Al Polo has undoubtedly become one of our favorites in Parma, and we can't wait to return to enjoy more of their delicious ice creams and maybe even Sicilian granitas 😉

I always go there, Alex is a master, he has some risky combinations, I still remember the Halloween flavours, they were amazing! Then you can feel that the raw material is of quality, I feel at home there. They have a choice of low glycemic index, sugar-free, protein shake... you can satisfy every need

An excellent tiramisu for Christmas Eve! Tried the single portion and then took it home for all the guests... and for breakfast. Compliments. The eggnog is also top!!!!

Se volete provare il gelato fatto con prodotti di stagione e soprattutto di altissima qualità, questo è il posto giusto!

Gelati genuini, dai gusti deliziosi, uso di materie prime di qualità. Gelati privi di zuccheri aggiunti adatti anche per diabetici. Bisogna provare per credere.

Gelato artigianale e si sente sopratutto nei gusti alla frutta. Apprezzabile anche il gelato a basso indice glicemico. Prezzi un pelo sopra alle gelaterie in centro ma si paga volentieri.
