We went yesterday on the recommendation of a local friend. The gelateria offers several unique flavors that lean toward the savory side. I haven't personally tried them, but my friends were pleasantly surprised by the taste. The gelato was delicious, and the chef was incredibly kind and willing to let you try the flavors if you're unsure. I highly recommend stopping by for some delicious gelato!

I tried several flavors and was truly impressed by the quality of the gelato. The Fragola Assoluta 80% was especially exceptional: it tasted like a freshly picked strawberry, but with the creamy consistency of gelato. An intense, natural, and truly well-crafted flavor. You can sense the attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and the preparation. Kudos to the entire staff; I'll definitely be back to try other flavors!

One of the best gelatos I've ever had: the classic creams are perfectly balanced, and you can taste all the ingredients in the right measure. "Unique" flavors, created by Chef Alex, feature brilliant combinations like white chocolate and gorgonzola, yogurt and ube, double caramel and pecans, buffalo mozzarella, royal, summer... and last but not least, the amazing fruit absolutes (minimum 80% fruit, no water or milk—just pulp and added sugar). Also absolutely essential is the contribution of Giulia (Alex's wife), who explains the origins of the products, all organic, of the highest quality and local. She suggests and lets you taste new creations, and explains how the gelato is made, since she's also a gelato maker ;)

Amazing ice cream : bufala & matcha

A recently discovered ice cream shop, but in my opinion, it's the best in Parma. High-quality ingredients, flavors ranging from classic to more unusual ones I've never seen before. The price, in my opinion, reflects the quality of the product and the hard work of the people who run the shop.

Grandma Ines's birthday cake was truly delicious and absolutely stunning. We made a great impression, thank you!
