We tested the menu created for Gourmantico. Excellent raw materials, I managed to make myself appreciate even ingredients that I usually don't like. Some dishes were stratospheric, others were certainly good, but didn't excite me.

Restaurant with one Michelin star. Beautiful experience. Spectacular risotto and delicious desserts. The chef at the end of lunch who passes by the tables to ask how it went was much appreciated.

I think arriving at a starred restaurant and finding it full on any given evening is worth more than any review. Having said that, a nice place with parking, excellent cuisine and excellent service. Owners very courteous and helpful. Several gluten-free options.

I have dined in this restaurant several times, both with set menus and à la carte.
The location is very well looked after, several rooms and the tables are spaced apart.
The staff is friendly and kind, knowledgeable about dishes and wines.
The dishes are obviously not those of a restaurant, but we never left hungry. Everything is always very fresh and freshly prepared. The fish is good, but also the meat.

Ristorante con la R maiuscola… la location è un pochino sacrificata all’esterno ma dentro è tutta un’altra storia.. la cucina è superlativa e sorprendente… effetto wow assicurato….

Tutti i grandi chef che per merito hanno ricevuto l’ambita stella Michelin sono degli ottimi professionisti capaci di far risaltare la propria materia prima. Ma non tutti riescono nel difficile compito di rendere “WOW” ciò che stai mangiando. Roberto Proto chef del rinomato ristorante Saraceno c’è riuscito all’ennesima potenza rendendo assolutamente strepitosa la cena con le sue fantasie culinarie.
