I tried one of the usual all you can eat options instead, thinking I would pay double and instead I ate much better and paid less than the price of the all you can eat menu on the weekend. Well done! Welcomed by the owner, a truly friendly and knowledgeable person who briefly told the history of the place and the origin of the raw materials used in the kitchen; all 0 km products and homemade pasta. Competent and helpful staff. They served hand-rolled breadsticks in an original composition, in a vase. I highly recommend trying their pasta, in particular the so-called hemp hay pasta (it has nothing to do with cannabis) and personally I tried the canapine ceciliani with pepper cream and bread crumble flavored with anchovies and canepina hay with hemp flour, white ragù, fennel flower and chopped hazelnuts...amazing. The restaurant has received many culinary awards including Slow Food and has also appeared on television programs.

02/08/2024: We celebrated the baptism of our daughter on June 15th in this wonderful farmhouse and everything went perfectly. Gianmarco and his staff are professional, extremely available and ready to satisfy every need. The food is divine and the place is fantastic. We went back to eat there again and had everything confirmed. Highly recommended. Excellent price quality!!!! Great Gianmarco! ! !

31/07/2024: Tailored cocktails masterfully executed, but there is a very original offering on the menu with ingredients, I presume, "home-produced". Beautiful venue and excellent options for an aperitif too. Products all of excellent quality, good and which will amaze you with the combinations. Bonus: extremely friendly and capable staff! Absolutely worth trying!

25/08/2024: Excellent experience at Dorio 1865 restaurant! The food was exquisite, with a presentation taken care of down to the smallest details. The staff were friendly and truly kind, making the evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the scampi risotto—simply delicious!

26/08/2024: Oliva e L'ingegnere rappresenta oramai una nostra tappa fissa estiva. Anche quest'anno siamo ritornati da loro e come sempre non ci hanno deluso. Il posto è intimo ed accogliente e propone pochi coperti. La cucina è eccellente ed innovativa, ogni anno troviamo un nuovo menù. Le portate sono equilibrate ed esaltano i sapori dei singoli ingredienti, il tutto con un'ottima carta dei vini. E' davvero difficile dire cosa ci è piaciuto di più della nostra cena, perché è stato tutto squisito a partire dagli antipasti per finire ai dolci. Il prezzo è giusto per l'elevata qualità che offrono. Ci ritorneremo presto come sempre!

26/08/2024: Oliva e L'ingegnere is now a regular summer stop for us. This year too we returned to them and as always they did not disappoint us. The place is intimate and welcoming and offers few seats. The cuisine is excellent and innovative, every year we find a new menu. The courses are balanced and enhance the flavors of the individual ingredients, all with an excellent wine list. It's really difficult to say what we liked most about our dinner, because everything was delicious, starting from the appetizers and ending with the desserts. The price is right for the high quality they offer. We will be back soon as always!
