The welcome is exquisite, as are the traditional dishes served with love.
The service is highly trained, friendly, and very polite (even considering we arrived a little late).
The cuisine is excellent, and the set menu allows you to try everything, with appropriate portions for each course.
A fantastic experience for my fiancée and I.

05/11/2025: It’s really worth the journey. Great tasting pizza. We tried four different pizzas and they were all fantastic, made with the best ingredients on an absolutely flavorful and crispy base.
We tried their Tiramisu for dessert. Not recommended at all. Just have the pizza!
Also make sure to book in advance.

04/12/2025: It's a very welcoming place, the food is delicious, and the staff is really friendly! They also have three types of vegan toast with tofu on the menu. I tried the one with olive pâté and sun-dried tomatoes, and it was very good—not the usual boring vegan option that so many places offer. Also, try the broccoli rabe on the side!

18/11/2025: For anyone passing through Marsala, I think this is a must-stop. The freshly filled cannoli are truly special (accompanied by a cordial of Marsala Ambrosecco wine), delicate, the flavor of the ricotta isn't overpowered by other flavors, and the cannoli shell is cooked really well, perfectly crispy.
The courtesy and kindness of the lady behind the counter is impeccable.
I recommend everyone to stop by.

11/12/2025: An excellent restaurant nestled, in a good way, in the mountains of Irpinia. The road leading there, though winding, is very pleasant, relaxing, and beautiful. Inside, you enter a family-friendly, refined, and professional atmosphere, without being pretentious or stuffy. The dishes are balanced and tasty, as well as simple, making them enjoyable even for those less accustomed to a Michelin-starred restaurant.
A final treat for us: a gift of a book on the best risottos, including a recipe. We thank everyone and recommend it to everyone.
29/11/2025: Rediscover the flavors of yesteryear in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The soups are the highlight, along with the top-notch wine cellar. The only caveat is that you have to be careful about allergens, because even though we communicated the information, they served a contaminated dish. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

09/12/2025: I'd like to start by saying that it was definitely an unforgettable experience for me. The simple yet elegant venue, the very polite and competent staff, and the pleasure of meeting the chef who welcomed us. At one point during the dinner, I was moved by the taste of the "chestnut cream with browned lobster and caper powder."
I can't find the words to describe this experience, which I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unexpected tasting experience and, if desired, a lovely gift.

- direct slope access turned out to be a life saver, an incredible advantage
- right in the city centre, close to restaurants and city
- 5min to bus stop
- spacious spa and pool and jacuzzi helped soothe our muscles after skiing. the hotel is tiny, so the spa wasn’t crowded
- warm indoor parking was also of unexpected great value
- breakfast buffet had a variety of eggs, fresh orange juices, salmon, cuts, nuts - more than enough
- the room was always warm, so our wet after-ski clothes dried within a couple of hours
Totally recommended !

The first time we stayed at Nuovo Bosco, it was for a wedding, and we fell in love with it so much that we decided to get married here ourselves. From our first meeting, we appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff who manage the estate. Excellent food, impeccable organization, what more could we say? We highly recommend it, whatever your needs (wedding, first communion, birthdays).

I was eating one daily! The ladies working there are so warm and friendly, it doubled the pleasure going there. I can't wait to go back!

10/11/2025: A very welcoming, clean atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and if you want to eat quality meat and aren't sure what wine to pair with it, this is the place for you. Quality comes at a price, but the prices are in line with the quality and the type of restaurant. I recommend all the appetizers and, of course, the meat.
