14/10/2025: Wonderful days. High-end cuisine, meticulously prepared and of excellent quality. Top-notch hospitality, catering to every guest's needs. You'll leave feeling like you're leaving a friend's house, one you want to return to as soon as possible. I recommend staying longer and using it as a base for exploring the Langhe. Excellent for both families and couples.

12/10/2025: Today we had lunch here and were welcomed by the kind and knowledgeable Lorenzo. The atmosphere was very beautiful and unique. The dishes were prepared with great care using quality ingredients! The chef was excellent, the waiters were kind, prepared, welcoming, and ready to satisfy our requests, and extremely affable. Excellent value for money! Exceptional even for celiacs! The tagliatelle (I'm celiac) were cooked just right, they didn't break, which is not easy at all! Recommended! We will definitely be back! We felt at home enjoying excellent delicacies.

11/10/2025: It wasn't just a simple dinner, but a truly wonderful experience, served with taste, elegance, and sobriety. A refined location, a warm atmosphere, and a beautiful table setting. The menu is intriguing, and the service and attention are impeccable. They pampered us all evening and made us feel at home. The menu is varied and never boring, the food is excellent and artfully presented. The wine list is beautiful. Great attention was paid to food intolerances and/or special requests. Excellent value for money. We'll be back soon!

09/10/2025: Dinner with colleagues, with some suspicions about a restaurant with a very (too?) ambitious name. But what? And yet, it turned out to be a temple of taste, hospitality, and care. The people who welcomed and served us during dinner poured all their passion into making this a magical experience, far beyond the extraordinary quality of the dishes prepared for us. Samples were also prepared for those who hadn't ordered a starter or dessert, making the dinner a true social gathering where, at no point, no one was excluded from participating. Every suggestion and every small gesture aimed to make our dinner a special moment. Coming to Spoleto and not having lunch or dinner at Tempio could be a missed opportunity.

09/09/2025: The restaurant's outdoor space is truly beautiful and quaint. Naturally, in case of inclement weather, service will be provided inside, where the room is small and not particularly welcoming. The menu focuses primarily on arrosticini (skewers) and a few simple appetizers, which was fine for our tastes. Unfortunately, however, the quality of the appetizers was mediocre, and the arrosticini were extremely poor, especially considering we're in Abruzzo and it's supposed to be their specialty. Finally, the service is friendly, but almost nonexistent.

09/09/2025: A charming and immersive location, perfect for a lively chat. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and available to answer any questions. No complaints about the food: the perfect place for those who love arrosticini or want to try them for the first time. Overall, I highly recommend it.

27/09/2025: Returning to this restaurant in the Sardinian capital is always a pleasure. A place that's a guarantee, masterfully combining the island's culinary tradition with a refined vein of innovation. Among the dishes I've tasted, the durum wheat gnocchi with pecorino fondue and black pepper stand out: a perfect balance of bold flavors and delicacy. The second course was also excellent: fish fillet in a crazy water sauce with eggplant and mussels, original and surprisingly harmonious. Compliments to the chef and all the staff. Truly excellent!

14/09/2025: Terrible experience! Brazil Grill isn't like it used to be: zero entertainment, plummeting quality, mediocre meat, and poor side dishes. I found hair in the rice, and after eating it, I even had a stomachache. Slow service and nonexistent hygiene. Never again.

10/10/2025: I had lunch at this trattoria and found the owners very friendly and professional. I had a first course made with water and flour, with porcini mushrooms and sausage (boscaiola), which was very good. For the second course, the veal with porcini mushrooms was decent. All washed down with a quart of wine 🍷

03/10/2025: A restaurant I've wanted to try for years, but for one reason or another, I've always found it closed for rest or fully booked. Today we finally got to have lunch at Linetta in Canepina, and I must say the wait was worth it. The cuisine is simple yet refined, with dishes that showcase local flavors. The handmade pasta (fieno and cigiliani) with ragu or porcini sauces were truly excellent and rich in flavor. The chicory in particular, seasoned and cooked to perfection, was a tasty surprise.

30/09/2025: Everything was truly excellent! The price is perfectly proportionate to the quality of the service and products. If I were to return to Anguillara, I would definitely stop by every time.

18/09/2025: The atmosphere was lovely and some of the staff members were very accommodating with us and our dog. Some were very warm and friendly and others were very indifferent. We ordered the fried calamari for appetizers. It tasted great but a bit too small in terms of portion size. For our main meals we had the mixed fried dish and the zucchini cream sun dried tomato burger. Both were delicious and the portion sizes were perfect, though the burger could’ve used a bit more flavor. It’s close to a Gelateria, for those who want a different dessert from what they offer. And there is a lovely waterside walk way for a nice stroll and a view. Overall it was a good experience.

29/09/2025: Amazing place and great food. The ravioli had a bit too much oil but the flavor was astonishing and the homemade bread sticks (I forgot their names) were amazing. Very recommended.

22/09/2025: This place should be a World Heritage Site!!! The food is fabulous; every dish never disappoints! The staff is very friendly, the service impeccable, and the chef is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and deeply rooted in local traditions. He uses quality ingredients. Each course is described by the chef, explaining the ingredients and where they come from. The menu varies, introducing new dishes, and the service is always spectacular. I return every year because it's worth it, and I hope to be able to return again and again!

28/10/2025: If you're looking for a perfect dinner, with refined and exquisite ingredients, excellent wine pairings, and a friendly owner, you simply can't miss this place. My only regret is that I no longer have photos of the dishes. We'll definitely be back.
