At Apud Jatum I ate the best pizza in the province of Palermo and probably in all of Sicily. The dough is wonderful I don't know how they managed to create a soft and crunchy dough at the same time with a delicious edge. All the ingredients are top quality and nothing is left to chance. Prices are average (lower than average when compared to quality). The staff is friendly and even smiling. The only downside is the place where it is located. The street and the exterior are not up to the standard of the venue. Well done to the owner though.

In an elegant environment and welcomed by kind staff, gourmet cuisine is offered with all dishes at reasonable prices. Impossible to be disappointed. Given the proximity to the archaeological area of Monte Jato it can be an additional reason to organize a trip out of town and spend a happy Sunday. To conclude, it is a restaurant with good memories where you can enjoy a multi-sensory and well-being experience. Recommended and to be recommended.

The pizza is the best among all the ones I have ever eaten. Heaven in mouth. Delicious. It looks and tastes great. Fried squid and octopus were also tasty, it's a pity I didn't have time to take a photo😅
Delicious bruschetta. Kudos to the chef.
The service is very nice, the dishes are served quickly. The manager or owner (I don't really know who you are) took care of everything, there were no surprises or inconveniences. Draft beer is also worth recommending. And the farewell donuts were a very nice surprise 😳 and of course we realized too late that no one had taken a photo 🥹😅

As with Apud Jatum in Palermo, here too I was deeply satisfied with the quality of the food and the experience in general. We tried new pizzas, but my favorite continues to be the "Viddana".
I highly recommend trying the fried vanilla ice cream at the end of the meal.

The best pizza I've ever eaten
There are 6 of us, we arrive at 10.00 pm, at 10.20 pm they seat us. There is a small problem with one of the chairs, but they immediately solve it and give us another table. Perfect service.
We order our pizzas, including:
a Red, two Sventole, a Perfumed, a Complete and a Sancipirrese. Delicious.
At the end of the meal, they also bring us free fried pizza treats with Nutella.
Very kind waitresses and waiters, fast service, pizzas with light and crunchy dough.
My new favorite pizzeria, I will always come here!

It always proves to be top pizza. We had to wait a bit for the second round, with people who probably didn't want to leave, but for a super pizza like this it's definitely worth it and the expense

Pizza davvero eccellente. Sono proposte moltissime specialità di pizza, tutte squisite. Servizio veloce. Prezzi nella media. Nessun problema con la prenotazione, agevolata anche da whatsapp. Lo consiglio vivamente!
