Both classic dishes revisited with creativity and intelligence, and more innovative ones. Excellent Quails cooked in Villeroy style and cannoli filled on the spot. We will definitely be back. The staff deserves a special mention: they are all extremely kind and willing to satisfy every need with a smile. The culinary experience is equally outstanding; breakfast is plentiful and high-quality, with a wide selection of products to start the day off right. In short, Albergo della Pace is a true gem nestled in the province of Cuneo, a place that combines impeccable service and cleanliness with an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. 20/08/2025: Beautiful hotel, a true oasis of peace. Gorgeous rooms, all in wood, with a view of the stunning mountain. Very good restaurant with simple, authentic yet delicious dishes. The desserts were excellent, as was the service. We also used the spa for an afternoon for just €15, and it was well worth it. Definitely worth it. A special place 💓

26/08/2025: A restaurant in a beautiful location, well-maintained, welcoming, with wonderful, smiling, customer-focused staff. The food is simple but good, and the service is fast. I'll return again and again. The only thing is, the fried food was overcooked in batter, but that's nothing compared to all the good things!

24/08/2025: A typical Tuscan restaurant. The service was friendly, quick, and uncomplicated. The view of the valley in front of Casale Maritimo was stunning. We had pasta dishes that really impressed us. The tagliata was also perfect. Reservations are recommended (by email or phone).

28/08/2025: You're not always lucky enough to have sunny days, but when you step into Oba Oba, the sun always shines: friendliness, warmth, smiles, and courtesy are never lacking! The beach is always clean and tidy, and any need is met with precision and promptness. The staff always have a smile on their faces. Hospitality is their motto. The aperitifs and lunches are plentiful and tasty. Thank you for everything and for every laugh!

02/09/2025: I’ve been to nearly 100 craft breweries all over the world, not only is this one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of frequenting it’s also one of only 5 in all of Florence! AMAZING variety of craft beers all from Italy, easily the best (and one of the few) craft breweries I was able to find in Italy. Knowledgeable staff and impeccable vibes, make a point to have a pint (or three) here if you love great beer!
