13/04/2025: A popular place that offers excellent raw materials, but in my opinion the dishes are far too plentiful and so you risk having food left over as well as "clashing" a bit with the restaurant which is classy and has excellent furnishings. Friendly staff, excellent first course with fish, less so the dish with anchovies (good) which had little to do with mortadella. Super correct account.

11/04/2025: Menu con piatti semplici e freschi, cucinati molto bene (anche il pane ed i grissini erano buoni…). Il proprietario è stato molto gentile ed in host eccezionale, in grado di accomodare al meglio le esigenze di uno di noi intollerante al lattosio.

Attentive and discreet staff who give good advice on food and quantities. Dishes that look like works of art with a sublime taste. We were offered coffee and bitters. Highly recommended

21/03/2025: Ero stato a Cucina Rambaldi, sei anni fa, poco dopo l’apertura e non mi ero trovato male ma l’identità del locale e della cucina era un po’ ambigua, non si capiva bene qual era la filosofia… Ci sono stato oggi, il tutto è stato calibrato, l’identità è più che tangibile. Ho mangiato molto bene in un ambiente comunque lussuoso a un prezzo adeguato all’ ambiente e al cibo. Uscendo il pensiero è stato “gustoso, finalmente un posto dove il cibo ti lascia la sensazione del gustoso, che non devi descriverlo con eufemismi tipo delicato, equilibrato,… Che dicono tutto e nulla… Complimenti allo chef.

20/04/2025: Cortesia, professionalità e ottima qualità del cibo. Giorno di Pasqua, il ristorante strapieno, arrivo con "la mia prenotazione" per due persone, scopro li che purtroppo da una mia svista il giorno era sbagliato. Grande professionalità della proprietaria che nonostante fosse tutto pieno e fossero le 13.30 riesce a trovare un tavolo sulla terrazza. Ci sediamo e cominciamo con gli ottimi antipasti proposti dal menu del giorno, si passa al primo, degli ottimi medaglioni ripieni e...comincia a piovere. Subito lo staff interviene, ricavo uno spazio all' interno e continuiamo il pranzo con secondi e dolce. Poteva essere un disastro di giornata a causa della mia svista, invece, è stata una magnifica esperienza. Davvero complimenti per tutto.

04/05/2025: We booked a table on Saturday evening. Fabulous place, elegant, clean, refined environment, we loved the serene and sophisticated atmosphere that was felt. Excellent, quality food, both meat and fish. Impeccable service! Professional, friendly and nice, in particular the owner who was kind enough to offer us dishes outside of those ordered and the waiter Antonio who gave a nice note to our experience, and also professional by teaching us culinary aspects unknown to us. The live cooking is very interesting. We recommend the place! ❤️

23/04/2025: Hermosas pizzas frescas hechas a mano. Ordenó 2 para llevar y optó por tomar una copa afuera mientras esperaba a que se hicieran. Ambiente fantástico en el borde del canal. La pizza estaba deliciosa. Gran manera de pasar la noche después de un montón de caminatas. Muy recomendable.
