23/11/2025: It's one of those places where you can tell they put passion into everything they do and love the restaurant. Four of us booked a table at the last minute, and right from the start, we noticed the manager's friendliness. Even though it was close to closing time, he still decided to accept our reservation and seat us. When we arrived, we were greeted with a big smile in a charming, meticulously maintained setting. The quality of the cuisine and the friendliness of the wait staff were the main features. Cured meats, cheeses, and typical Tuscan dishes were delicious. I personally fell in love with the "grandma's ragù," which, despite all etiquette, deserves a generous mopping up of the bread with homemade bread. Since we were the last ones left in the restaurant (given the late reservation), the managers, instead of rushing us as is now customary, treated us like old friends, offering advice on places to visit and engaging in a pleasant conversation. We'll definitely be back.

15/10/2025: Together with friends on vacation in Palermo, we chose this restaurant to celebrate a very dear friend's birthday! Truly fantastic! Excellent food, friendly and always helpful staff! Everything was delicious! Excellent value for money! Minimal wait time! Upon request, they even had a dessert made for us from their pastry shop... Amazing!! Recommended!

17/12/2025: Konnubio is a sure thing. From the first moment, you're greeted with professionalism and elegance, in an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. Each dish is a true treat: top-quality ingredients, crafted with care and passion, are fully revealed upon tasting. Flavors are balanced, intense, and never predictable. Special praise goes to the wine selection: Simone's selections won us over, with excellent and unconventional labels, like the Malvasia di Sitges and the Clau de Nell, capable of surprising and perfectly enhancing the gastronomic journey. If you're in Florence, it's an essential stop; if you're not, it's absolutely worth the trip. 🍷✨

01/12/2025: The pizzas are huge, the biggest I've ever seen, with a crust that can be up to 5 cm thick. Obviously, not everyone will like them, but I think they're a good choice. On Saturday nights, the average wait is an hour, and some pizzas cost over €10, so they're not exactly cheap, but they're worth a try.

11/11/2025: A typical South Tyrolean tavern where you sit at large tables with other diners. Excellent food, extensive menu. Excellent wine and beer. Fast and accurate service. Payment only in cash or via instant bank transfer. Call on weekends as they are often full.

23/10/2025: Highly recommended! 🎉 Very well-stocked with strictly artisanal desserts and pizzas, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Every product is meticulously crafted, and you can immediately taste the difference compared to other places. The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The prices are super fair, especially considering it's located in the city center, where you often pay much more for inferior quality. 20/12/2025: I definitely took a lot of pictures up until the starter, but after that, I was like, "Oh no!" and then I finished it all and realized, "Ah ... The aperitif was complimentary, and the croissant was so delicious that it overpowered the house wine (white) I'd paid for! Bread was complimentary, and no tipping was required. However, a service charge of €2.50 was included in the bill. I've heard it's usually 10% of the total, so I thought it was reasonable!

19/12/2025: One-line summary: The truffle steak and tiramisu are insanely delicious —— It's seriously so delicious... I had the truffle steak and tiramisu for dessert. I heard Florence is famous for its meat, so I ate a lot there before coming over. This place was much better. The meat was sous vide, so it was really tender, and the sauce was so delicious. ㅠㅠ I've always struggled with salty Italian food, but this was fine!!! And since the bank was closing time, I had no choice but to order tiramisu. It was the best tiramisu I had in Italy... I'm curious because there were a lot of reviews saying the course menu was good.

22/04/2025: Chocolate is a journey through time; every bite takes you back to your childhood, but finding such sublime quality assembled with the skill of a master pastry chef is a rarity. My journeys back in time with Pasticceria and Chocolateria Fagiolo Piero are quite frequent, and they alternate between chocolate and wonderful cakes. The owners are extremely professional and know how to satisfy all tastes, even those of the most discerning palates. Highly recommended pastry shop.

14/10/2025: The pasta I ate here was one of the best in Tuscany! Pici with tomato and garlic sauce, indescribable. We then also tried the Florentine steak, which was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and super friendly. We loved it!
