As a true Apulian and a lover of my hometown cuisine, I truly rediscovered the authentic flavors of my region here. This is evident from the rich selection of appetizers, featuring various typical dishes prepared according to tradition, with fresh, quality ingredients, and cooked to order. The meat in the main courses is also excellent and reflects the pride of the Apulian hinterland, renowned for this very reason. The portions are very generous: I didn't get to try the first courses, but I will definitely return for those as well. The service is attentive (they take care to ask about allergies or special diets), the staff is friendly and welcoming—including chef Vito—and the atmosphere is intimate and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This place is overrated for what it offers... friendly and efficient service, but the food is rather bland in flavor, especially in those dishes that in theory had high expectations (see the "famous" wild boar cicatielli...). The mixed roast was tough (when in Cisternino?...) and even the fried food was quite rubbery... the side potatoes, dark with oil that wasn't exactly transparent, seemed to have just been reheated... The final offering of a flavorless sorbet and a few mandarins doesn't make up for the €2.50 coffees per person... In short, we won't be returning.

Exquisite food, courtesy and availability

We were two adults and two children tonight. Traditional dishes of excellent quality. The waitress, Daniela, was very friendly. Vito, the owner, was very professional and welcoming. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

Fantastic!! Authentic cuisine with delicious fresh, homemade pasta. We really enjoyed the cicatello cinghiale fungi. Very reasonable prices! (The chef inspired me to draw one ;)
