All the dishes he offers are made with ingredients that he himself produces and takes care of, they are his own. This explains the magnificent variety of dishes and flavors it offers. I recommend going there, it's quite an experience!

29/07/2024: Very good experience in this historic coffee roastery with authentic charm. The coffee is quality and the choice is varied (many varieties of tea as well). We were advised by a very kind and professional seller who really took the time to explain to us the different varieties and flavors of coffee for the purchases we wanted to make.

03/09/2024: It is definitely not a place for tourists as most of the customers who entered were well known to the managers. I already believe this is a guarantee of quality...the satisfied customer comes back. We didn't go there by chance, but we were looking for a place to stop for lunch that wasn't the usual tourist place. I must say that all the positive reviews immediately convinced us. We tasted the potato tortelli seasoned some with lampredotto sauce and some with wild boar sauce. Having never eaten lampredotto, they explained to me what it consisted of and how it was cooked. I must say both the tortelli made by them and the sauces are a real delight for the palate. We then had some grilled vegetables and a mixed salad. Together with the bread we were served some very good focaccia made by them. The portions were generous, but given the goodness we didn't leave any leftovers. Surely if we pass through those parts again we will return to this place to try their other dishes. A special thank you to the young Mirco who, with patience, friendliness and an excellent knowledge of the dishes, accompanied us in the choice without being intrusive. The service was fast and without unnecessary waiting even though the place quickly filled up after our arrival.

31/08/2024: Fantastic, discovered by chance at the Barberino exit, informal environment but above all fantastic sandwiches, the Panino da Benzina... it's worth leaving the motorway...

06/07/2024: I had dinner at this restaurant with my wife. The place is quite small, I'd say about fifteen seats, located on one side of the Torraccia square. Even if the location is nothing special, it is still welcoming. Once you enter, the magic happens: you are welcomed by the owner and chef Andrea and all his expertise, passion and friendliness. My advice is to forget about the menu and get advice from him, you certainly won't regret it. We did this and everything was perfect, from the wine (which if I remember correctly was called "Micagnente" or something similar), to the starters and so on up to the dessert and digestives. A mix of revisited tradition and innovation, all supported by quality products, study and good taste. It was all very good, if I really had to make a choice I would say the best were the crunchy vegetable meatballs and the onion tartare (not having seen the menu I'm making up the names 😅), but all the starters were special (the cheese moussines also deserve a mention). stuffed ricotta and venison ham), the gricia with asparagus was also very good, less memorable were the gorgonzola, rocket and honey strips (or jam of something, I don't remember). A note also about the table service offered by a very young boy (whose name unfortunately I don't remember) with the same passion and friendliness as chef Andrea. Don't expect formality or impeccable professionalism, but you will certainly feel at home. It's like having a chef brother and going to dinner at his house... We will definitely be back to try the other specialties!

01/07/2024: Sara perché era una domenica assolata di fine giugno, per cui a pranzo eravamo solo io e mio padre, siamo stati accolti benissimo e coccolati. Abbiamo preso i piatti consigliati dallo staff e tutti erano buonissimi e cucinati/preparati al monento. I piatti della tradizione romana sono reinterpretati con inventiva e le combinazioni insolite (cacio e pepe con lime e mentuccia) una picevole sorpresa. Piavevole anche la chiaccherta con Andrea, il gestore del piccolo ma accogliente locale. Consigliato

20/08/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant during the holidays. The place is elegant, you can enjoy a spectacular view of Etna, the staff is competent and helpful but above all the food is excellent and the price is reasonable. Super recommended.

16/08/2024: It was an interesting experience. Started at the pool bar, it was very nice and the staff was excellent. We were there on a sunday. Apparently they don't have many guests on sundays, because there was no one else eating dinner but me and my husband. So we asked to sit outside to eat and it was wonderful, with stunning views. The receptionist had to be our server and she was very nice and service minded. The pasta was great. The only downsides were that the AC made a lot of noise, and the breakfast was almost nothing (not worth the 9 euros per person). But maybe the breakfast is better when there are more than three rooms booked. All in all: it was a little bit wierd when there were almost no other guests, but the staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome!

25/08/2024: I had lunch in this place for the first time and I found everything good. My advice to the owners is to always use a larger and more resistant paper tablecloth and to change broken plates and utensils.

20/08/2024: + Very modern and at the same time comfortably furnished + Very spacious rooms + Good selection at breakfast - Dinner is good, but we expected more due to the ambience of the hotel - Pinzolo is unfortunately a bit remote, although there are a few shops in the village, it is at least 1 hour easy to get to Lake Garda. We didn't find many hiking trails, but the path to the waterfall is recommended - Service is generally okay, but you won't find the warmth of South Tyrol here. More of an “Italian” kind

14/08/2024: I haven't had a coffee that left such a taste in my mouth for a long time. I'm still looking for similar coffee in other cities I visit. We listened to a group singing in front of a basilica while sitting in the backyard. A great place to stop and rest after the chaos of Naples.

10/08/2024: Really good desserts (the Sfogliatelle are like those of Attanasio, therefore very good), various types of amazing coffee, a welcoming place and Gennaro's friendliness and kindness won us over. We went there every day of our stay in Naples!
