19/11/2025: Mrs. Barbara and Mr. Renzo made us feel right at home. We had two Jack Russells with us at the restaurant, so they put us at a secluded table because there were a lot of cats around, so our dogs were a little restless. The waiters were all kind and attentive to the guests' needs. The house where we stayed was very nice, completely fenced in to be Jack Russell-proof, small but with everything we needed. A top-notch farmhouse, highly recommended.

24/09/2025: A small restaurant in the alleys of Urbania, with both indoor and outdoor tables, a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The lady who served us was kind and smiling. The food was excellent, especially the gnocchi with pumpkin cream and crispy pancetta...special. Extensive wine list. Fair prices, coffee and moretta are offered. Recommended 👍👍

22/11/2025: Warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere, and dishes prepared with attention to detail. The menu offers a wide variety. We chose the mixed antipasto, which featured excellent local specialties, the classic tajarin with artisanal butter and the addition of truly fragrant and delicious white truffle. Then we chose the Fiorentina steak (the meat is truly excellent), cooked on the stone with its own vegetables, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. The homemade desserts were excellent... we paired the dishes with an excellent 2022 Ruchè. The experience at this restaurant was also very pleasant thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We will gladly return and highly recommend it.

I tried the arrosticini and a carbonara made to perfection: flavorful, creamy, and with that precision that only someone who truly loves what they do can bring to the dish. All accompanied by a truly excellent wine, carefully and expertly recommended. To finish, a soft and delicious tiramisu, perfect for ending the evening with a smile. A place where you can taste the chef's touch and passion in every dish. Highly recommended.

I visited while looking for a restaurant near my hotel, and I was completely satisfied with the overall ambiance, service, and quality of the food. Upon opening the door, the first thing I noticed was the soft lighting, classical music, and artwork on the walls. Since reservations are the norm, the dining room is quiet and relaxed, and the staff are friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. It's formal yet comfortable, perfectly embodying the feeling of a "proper dinner in Florence." We started our meal with the Caprese. Fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and basil, lightly drizzled with olive oil, it was a classic dish that brought out the full flavors of the ingredients. The tomato and basil pasta (Pasta al Pomodoro e Basilico) followed, combining al dente noodles with a fresh tomato sauce for a refreshing, yet not overpowering, flavor. The main course, Risotto ai Gamberi, was a creamy blend of buttery smoothness and shrimp flavor. With every bite, the rich, seafood aromas wafted through, perfectly complementing the Florentine evening atmosphere. The highlight of this restaurant is undoubtedly the T-bone steak, the Bistecca alla Fiorentina. A thick, 2kg steak sizzles on a griddle, and the waiter slices it for you, explaining, "This is Florentine style." The outside is crispy, the inside is medium-rare, and the meat is seasoned with just salt and olive oil, preserving its natural flavor. It's the perfect portion for sharing. We paired it with a bottle of Tuscan red wine. The full-bodied texture and moderate tannins complemented the steak perfectly, allowing us to naturally slow down and unwind from the day's exertion. After dinner, the Florentine night had fully descended, and the Duomo dome loomed faintly through the quiet alleyways. Dinner at Ristorante Belcore wasn't just a simple meal; it was a refined ending to a day in Florence.
