27/04/2025: Sono di Rimini, mangio spesso al ristorante ed era da tempo che desideravo provare questo locale, che si presenta più come un ristorante che una trattoria. L'atmosfera è cordiale, la titolare – Sonia – gentilissima, e la cucina davvero ottima, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Segnalo in particolare un antipasto delizioso con salumi e formaggi di qualità, accompagnati da gnocco fritto e piadina, gli strozzapreti al ragù bianco e un'ottima grigliata. I dolci sono stati una vera conferma. Una piccola osservazione sulla tagliata di carne: il taglio, più vicino a quello di una bistecca, si discosta un po’ dall’idea classica di tagliata. Magari una leggera rivisitazione potrebbe renderla ancora più in linea con l’eccellenza degli altri piatti. Il servizio è risultato un po' lento, ma sempre accompagnato da sorrisi e grande cortesia. Molto apprezzati anche l'entrée e il dolcetto secco offerti, piccoli gesti che fanno davvero la differenza e che non sono affatto scontati. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono: circa 33 euro a persona, forse leggermente sopra la media della zona, ma pienamente giustificato dalla bontà e dalla qualità dei piatti. Tornerò sicuramente per assaggiare il resto del menù! Complimenti a Sonia e a tutto il team

25/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante dopo una visita a San Marino. Siamo stati benissimo, personale gentilissimo, piatti buonissimi e abbondanti. Molto apprezzato l’entree di prosecco e piadina romagnola, insieme a fine pranzo a biscottini e 3 tipi di liquori buonissimi. Consigliatissimo!!!

20/04/2025: Beautiful place to taste delicious dishes made with local products. The service is friendly and efficient, the pasta is "al dente" as it should be, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There is care and work in each dish, and the value for money is very reasonable. The desserts stand out, especially the Semifreddo with white chocolate with raspberry and burnt wine ice cream. Delicious and beautiful!

04/03/2025: Wonderful, Davide prepared a pizza exclusively for me, Arsi offers a fabulous service, together they make you feel at home. If I had known beforehand that to eat such good pizza I would have had to come to the Veneto region, far from my area, then I would have packed my bags and left immediately. I hope everyone tries this pizza and is welcomed by these two guys, I assure you you will want to go back every day.

06/04/2025: Ho organizzato una festa a sorpresa per il 30esimo di mio fratello e l’esperienza è stata super positiva! Il proprietario Giacomo è stato favoloso e molto disponibile nell’organizzazione, ci ha riservato la sala del negozio ed il fatto che fossimo circondati dalle loro magliette ha reso tutto molto più spiritoso e caratteristico. Avevamo concordato un menu perfetto per una trentina di persone, abbiamo mangiato bene e le persone erano soddisfatte. Il personale é stato molto gentile. Per di più, per causalità, ero stata a cena qualche settimana fa con poche amiche ed anche in una serata normale abbiamo mangiato molto bene e siamo uscite soddisfatte! Quindi che dire…assolutamente consigliato!

21/03/2025: Ero stato a Cucina Rambaldi, sei anni fa, poco dopo l’apertura e non mi ero trovato male ma l’identità del locale e della cucina era un po’ ambigua, non si capiva bene qual era la filosofia… Ci sono stato oggi, il tutto è stato calibrato, l’identità è più che tangibile. Ho mangiato molto bene in un ambiente comunque lussuoso a un prezzo adeguato all’ ambiente e al cibo. Uscendo il pensiero è stato “gustoso, finalmente un posto dove il cibo ti lascia la sensazione del gustoso, che non devi descriverlo con eufemismi tipo delicato, equilibrato,… Che dicono tutto e nulla… Complimenti allo chef.
