I was looking for a cinnamon roll cake and discovered Missbake, the only place in Bologna where I could find it. The cake was truly delicious, soft and fragrant.

Dear Stefania, Yesterday was our first time at your shop, and we were so impressed by the delicious food that we're already back again. Yesterday we had two bagels—one vegan and one with salmon—along with a cinnamon roll and a vegan tiramisu. Luca said they were the best bagels he'd ever had, and he loved the cinnamon roll just as much. I couldn't have imagined the vegan bagel and tiramisu being any better. In addition to the incredibly delicious homemade baked goods and dishes, the pastry shop is also very comfortably furnished. It was truly lovely at your place!

Fantastic Tiramisu, whipped up on the spot. As someone highly lactose intolerant, I usually have to get vegan versions of desserts. But here, they were able to make a lactose-free real dairy tiramisu, which was absolutely amazing. Their vegan tiramisu is also very good as is their vegan cinnamon bun, but I had to keep going back to the real version lactose-free - which I did, probably a dozen times over a month! Owner and staff are so kind, even giving me some baking tips!

It was the greatest vegan tiramisu in my life! The coffee was too notch too. And the atmosphere? Felt like in a warm, kind home!
