A delightful bonus: the adjacent room houses a small shop offering traditional Japanese accessories and kitchenware. I couldn't resist purchasing a beautiful knife from their collection. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, it transforms every culinary task—whether preparing meat, tartar, or working with fish—into a genuine pleasure. Ramen like this, only in Japan! Even the unagidon, very hard to find, was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the wait was short even though the place was packed. It's best to make a reservation. Congratulations, I'll definitely be back!
