13/12/2025: An excellent osteria where the high-quality, unconventional cuisine focuses on local products. The informal, family atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Francesco is a great host, and Matteo and his staff delighted us with excellent dishes, including an excellent white truffle tonight.
Truly well done.

09/12/2025: A wonderful experience, first and foremost for the quality of the food, but also for the utmost flexibility in the tasting menu and in accommodating any intolerances. All the dishes deserve praise! The wine list has several positive surprises and interesting selections from small local producers. Excellent, fast, and attentive service. We'll definitely be back.

07/12/2025: The appetizer was excellent, then everything went downhill. Good dish ideas, but the execution needs some rethinking. From the flavor of the dishes to the ingredients used. The purple semifreddo (with berries, perhaps?) with a melted chocolate-like texture on top was indescribable.

Even the side dishes, including vegetables and baked potatoes, are simple yet well-crafted and perfectly complement the dish. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. A genuine place where you go to truly enjoy good food. Highly recommended!

09/12/2025: Helm Hotel is always a sure thing. The venue is splendid, well-maintained, and enveloped in a warm, typically South Tyrolean atmosphere that welcomes you as soon as you enter. Wood, a relaxed atmosphere, and that sense of order and comfort that they create so well.
The pizza is top-notch, consistently delicious, every time. And then the waiters, incredibly fast and efficient, keep everything running smoothly, ensuring nothing is missing.
In short, a guarantee. A place you'll gladly return to, sure to leave satisfied.

30/09/2025: Everything was fantastic. The service was unbeatable. Very friendly. They explained each dish to us, and the presentation was an art in itself. We were very comfortable and a wonderful meal because everything we ordered was exquisite. The cod was extraordinary, the risotto, the desserts, everything.
I definitely recommend it.

The food was excellent, with no predictable dishes, and well-balanced flavor combinations where no one flavor overpowers the other.
The service was impeccable, fast, and very attentive to the customer's needs.
About the chef... what can I say???!!!
A magician, an artist, a poet... I don't know how to describe him, but his dishes have a bit of all these qualities!

28/10/2025: A typical and welcoming place, small and private yet very intimate and homely. The cuisine is attentive and very pleasant, the service is excellent, the fish is excellent, and the tuna in tuna sauce is a true delight.
Everything is run entirely by women. Well done! Congratulations, keep it up!
