31/08/2025: We were at Osteria del Borgo and can't help but rave about it. Special attention was given to our little girl: incredibly sweet and attentive, the staff pampered her with little touches that truly made a difference for us parents. The food was simply exceptional. Carefully prepared dishes, top-quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that speak of tradition and passion. And finally, the location: breathtaking. A breathtaking view, perfect for a special evening. Whether it's a romantic occasion, a family dinner, or a lunch with friends. Highly recommended

31/08/2025: Osteria al Borgo is always a guarantee - delicious food made from high quality ingredients! We’ve been here many times and the quality is always consistent! The view of the mountains isn’t so bad either! 😉 We use The Fork for reservations, and never had any problems with the application of discounts to our bill.

09/08/2025: Fantastic crepes. If it weren't for the penny, I'd order them more often. I'm giving it 4 stars because they really don't have options for lactose intolerant/vegetarian/vegans from what I've seen so far. Hopefully they'll introduce them! Just replace the cow's milk with plant-based milk...

16/07/2025: A hidden pizzeria on Via di Trigoria. A welcoming atmosphere, especially in the summer, with an outdoor veranda. The Roman pinsa is delicious, as are the various fried dishes. Quality beer and wine, and the owner is welcoming and very kind. Prices are moderately low. Recommended.

28/08/2025: I stopped by because it was near my hotel. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the staff were all friendly. I ordered carbonara and sirloin steak. I was happy to be able to choose the steak done to my liking, and everything was delicious. The tiramisu for dessert was also delicious!

02/09/2025: During our week-long vacation in the Viterbo area, we dined at this excellent restaurant twice! Homemade cuisine, superb ingredients used to prepare dishes from appetizer to dessert, quality restaurateurs who cook with passion and extensive experience, all topped off with extreme courtesy and friendliness... what more could you ask for? I highly recommend it!

19/07/2025: We found this place while looking for a traditional restaurant in the Monferrato area. The young man who served us was extremely kind; the only flaw was that he didn't provide us with a menu, but instead listed the options verbally in great detail. We opted for the cold appetizers, which were all extremely good and served on a tray. We could also order a larger portion upon request without any extra charge. We also ordered a hot dish, and since we were full, we asked to take away the leftovers, and everything was prepared for us without any problems. Overall, a very positive experience. However, I recommend using the menu with a price list to avoid surprises (which we didn't have, as we paid a more than fair bill) and to cover any allergens. The young man, probably with a hotel training background, is a true professional. Kind, quick, and professional. Highly recommended. The location's rating is low because the place has remained frozen in time for at least twenty years, and because the small outdoor terrace with a view hadn't been set up even though it was July. Recommended.

18/08/2025: A restaurant where we ate very well and was excellent value. The dishes were carefully prepared using fresh ingredients, with balanced flavors and generous portions. We tried several dishes, and they were all a success. The exterior is simple and could easily go unnoticed. But as soon as you enter, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service was impeccable.

14/08/2025: Spectacular food. Excellent, artisanal fried food. The croquettes were sublime. For your first course, I recommend the bucatini with rabbit sauce, followed by the Ischian-style rabbit. Everything was absolutely sublime. The staff and owners were warmhearted and super professional. ❤️

28/08/2025: Good food and a very kind owner... Returned three years later, the same welcome and the same kindness from the owner. When we mentioned that my partner is originally from Burgundy, he offered us a bottle of Chablis... thank you for everything.

06/07/2025: Trovandomi nelle vicinanze per fare un weekend fuori porta, decido di venire a fare colazione in questa pasticceria. Prendo un cornetto nero con crema chantilly, una specie di cornetto/paninetto dolce con crema, un cornetto bicolore con crema al pistacchio ed un paio di mignon. Difficilmente si trovano posti che fanno la crema al pistacchio artigianalmente e che non sia una di quelle comprate nei barattoli, e questo è uno di quelli che la fanno loro ed è ottima, così come la crema chantilly, forse tra i 3 dolci la crema è stata quella meno apprezzata ma comunque era buona, così molto buoni i mignon. Una pasticceria che consiglio vivamente e spero di tornarci al più presto

25/06/2025: It is customary for each teacher, in turn, to bring something to nibble on to lighten the burden of the State Exams. This morning it was my turn, and I already had an idea: the La Crème pastry shop, which some friends had spoken highly of. I arrive, order 6 brioches and ask for them to be cut in half to make it easier to share. The girl at the counter hesitates at first, then agrees to my request spontaneously. When it is time to cut the last brioche, one of the pastry chefs appears (I assume he was also the owner of the shop), and approaches the waitress to admonish her, in front of all the customers. I immediately take the girl's side, so kind in accepting my request. Package ready, I remember my order at the cash register: 6 brioches and 3 small pastries. I am corrected by the owner: 12 small brioches and 3 small pastries. When I asked for an explanation for that wording (and the related bill), the owner replied, in a firm and polemical tone, that: 1 - the brioches can only be cut in the laboratory, and not at the counter 2 - The cutting of the brioche is extra time and work that the customer has to pay for. Fearing that I had not understood, I asked if they were really making me pay for the cutting of the brioches. Given the firmness with which the owner confirmed, I avoided specifying that I had not bought the small brioches due to lack of variety, and certainly not to save a few euros. I paid and went back to school, where I recounted the episode amidst the astonished and compassionate looks of all my colleagues and staff. I would like to focus on two elements: the lack of tact towards his employee, and the lack of transparency regarding the price of the "services" offered to the customer (including the luxurious incision of the brioche): no one told me that I would have to pay for the cutting. I would add that it had never happened to me anywhere else. I thank the owner of La Crème for giving me my "first time", and for the multisensory experience of leaving a pastry shop with a bitter taste in my mouth. And I thank the me of this morning for not asking to have the 3 pastries cut too.

02/09/2025: The absolute best. I'm crazy about their pizza. Everything is excellent, well-seasoned, and reasonably priced. Mario and Valentina are unbeatable!

01/09/2025: A place offering consistently interesting and delicious takeout pizza slices at a very reasonable price. Sometimes they also offer pizza sandwiches or panzerotti, depending on the time of day, the traffic, and the pizza chef's flair. They're primarily for takeout, but if you can't resist the aroma, there are a few places where you can grab your snack right away. The staff is always friendly and patient.

07/07/2025: We were for a wedding, beautiful place, excellent food, the only shame was the heat, even inside the venue without air conditioning...this was the only flaw.

An oasis of peace and relaxation, ideal for regenerating. Authentic and unforgettable experience. We will definitely return. Highly recommended in every aspect!

18/05/2025: A journey of taste (and heart) to Enoteca Simona, signed by Chef Mattia! It's the first time I've discovered Fabriano and the first time I've discovered this super chic wine bar/restaurant. If you pass through Fabriano and don't stop at Enoteca Simona, you're missing out on a little treasure hidden among the city's alleys. Here you don't have dinner, you literally have an experience. And you do it with style, taste and a pinch of madness, the kind that only Chef Mattia knows how to bring to the table. The menu is fixed, but nothing is ever the same: every time it changes and surprises you. Four courses conceived as a story, accompanied by wines chosen with love (and true expertise) to enhance every flavor. You don't have to choose anything - you sit down, relax and let yourself be guided. It's liberating. At the end of the evening my friends and I had the opportunity to talk to Chef Mattia, who is not just a chef, he is an artist of the stove who transmits his passion for work to his dishes. And it succeeds, in a big way. The atmosphere? Warm, well-kept, intimate. The staff is smiling, present but never intrusive. You feel pampered, like at home, but with starred restaurant dishes (without the mind-blowing prices, on the contrary...). In short? Enoteca Simona is the place you gladly return to, with a full belly and a light heart. Thanks Mattia – keep cooking like this, you're going strong!
